Not ideal, but I made them work on my cages with a little ingenuity.
Birds and I do like that they are glass instead of plastic-easier to sanitize.

Good size
The glass is thick and there's no spilling. So it does its job but the cord that it came with it does not hold the bottle up once it's filled with water. The bottle is way too heavy.

When you have an animal that chews, plastic has large disadvantages.
Plastic is dangerous for animals that chew on them and eat it. We raise squirrels, that have been orphaned, along with opossums, raccoons, and anything brought to us, and we release them when they are large enough to fend for themselves, in safe areas The glass is the best I've seen and used. The picture is Shelby, he is part of our family.

Make sure to check that water is still flowing.
This is a common issue with many different brands of water bottles, but on occasion the water will stop flowing. Make sure to always have a back up bottle for your pet so they don’t get dehydrated.I have found that leaving a half inch of air when I fill the bottle helps. It also seems to work better when the bottle is held straight up against the cage, but with some room tfor the pet to wiggle it around. This bottle does not leak, but remember that a leaky bottle is better than a dehydrated pet. Overall I’m happy with it as this is one of the better bottles I’ve tried. The Walmart ones work well too.

Doesn't work with smaller cages
This water bottle needs a flat side. We have a smaller cage for when our boys are out of free roaming time. It's hard to clip the bottle to the cage without it leaning too much.

Great for parrot cage
This is used for my large bird cage with 3 conures. The GCC loves to dump food in the water bowl. He fouls the water something fierce and I have to change the water and clean the bowl twice daily. I chose this glass water bottle as glass harbors less bacteria than plastic. It does need to be mounted on the outside of the cage with spout poking in between the cage bars, resting on a horizontal bar. This way the birds cannot chew on the plastic lid. The included spring “sling” is wholly inadequate to securely mount this heavy glass bottle. I used vetwrap (bandage wrap) to secure it in place. Another reviewer used zip ties, but this would have put too much tension on the thin cage bars and possibly disrupt the small welds. The birds started using it within minutes.I check daily to make sure water still comes out the spout; so far no issues with leaking or obstruction. I’ll continue using the water bowl as well…but at least the other 2 conures don’t have to suffer Norrie’s disgusting water bowl habit!

Best I’ve found so far
I do wildlife rehab and seems every bottle I try, they leak! These work great. Haven’t had any issue with leaks yet.

Leaky bottle...
I decided to purchase a glass bottle for my new hamster because my old hamster used to knock her (light) plastic one around and get water all over her cage. This arrived quickly and I loved how heavy it was and that it attached to the outside of the cage.Unfortunately, the very next day when I refreshed the water and replaced it in the cage, it started dripping non-stop. I ended up placing it at a weird angle with the wires holding it around the neck of the bottle just to keep it from leaking and hold us over until I could get a new bottle which was a very bad idea. The bottle ended up falling on our tile floor and shattering (this obviously isn't the seller/manufacturer's fault- I just thought I should mention it in case someone else came up with this "genius" plan). What you should know:1. This part was a non-issue for me but when I received the bottle, the labeling said it was a water bottle for birds.2. My bottle started leaking on the second day.3. The wire that comes with the bottle does not hold the bottle snugly. As long as you use it correctly it shouldn't fall or anything but it will definitely slide around. If you really want the bottle to not budge, I suggest you get an extra piece of wire to hold it against your cage. However, if you like to provide fresh water every day like I do, this may be a tedious set-up.From reading other positive reviews, I think I may have just been unlucky in receiving a leaky bottle. However, I wouldn't purchase the bottle again because of the wire issues that I mentioned above. If you're interested...I put a small dish of water in my hamster's cage as a temporary solution until I could get a new water bottle and it ended up being the perfect set-up for us! Since she's housed in a Super Pet My First Home for Pet Rats , I just put a little dish of water next to her food on the upper tier of the cage. It stays clean, she doesn't spill it, and it's easy for me to replace it with a fresh dish of water every day.

Loose.
Doesn't feel sturdy enough to trust it will stay where I put it, once monted bottle is loose.

Great bottle for your little fluff
My hamster was chewing his bottle so much he was getting his cage wet. I was searching high and low for a good bottle this would not happen with, and this is the one! My hamster had lots of toys to chew on and still does. But now, thankfully, he does not chew on his bottle and it does not leak!

Glass bottle for guinea pigs
Works as expected. It does leak a bit but better then most I’ve tried. I found it a bit difficult to hang on the cage with what was supplied but was able to rig something up.

Cannot recommend, they leak like crazy
Cannot recommend these bottles. Bought 2 for my pet travel bags and they leak like crazy. The entire bottle will empty itself after an hour.

Je pensais que cette marque serait vraiment bonne mais mon achat a servi à rien et je ne peux pas le retourner. Très déçu.
