BETTER THAN EXPECTED
What can I say? I had my doubts, yet I thought it was important to have this in the trunk "just in case." Should there be a day in which I need it, then "I would be sound and safe."I have helped two friends since I got it. It's straightforward to use, sturdy, and relievable. The color does help since both times I used it in the nighttime in the woods. I loved seeing their faces in disbelief when I mentioned I had this... they were looking for ropes to take their cars out of trouble, but Miolle and my van did it all...Worth every penny I spent.

UPDATED, improved review
UPDATE:First, I want to compliment Miolle customer service for reaching out to me after my original review. I didn't respond to them, but I appreciate their effort.Second, at a recent training event for off-road driving one of the trainers examined the shackles. While these are not his preferred brand of shackle, he said they were of sufficient quality and build to do what they said, and that he wouldn't be afraid to use them. The screws are still very stiff and not all that smooth, so I won't go to 5 stars, but add 1 to bring this to a solid 4.Original review:Very pleased with the strap, but not the shackles.The shackles are suspect, I believe. The pins stick to the point I've had to use pliers to get them loose. And that's out of the box, not after use. Also the pins don't go all the way through tbe shackles. I'll be replacing them with another brand, as I have no confidence in them.

3x20. 33,000 lbs.This is solid, and is good for all vehicles, except large equipment. Never go for less. This is the man emergency tow strap that will make you someone's hero.Really well made, and this gives me confidence that it will pull any road vehicle out of a bad situation.There is nothing better than being someone's angel.
