Very easy to instal and setup. I use it in a bathroom to operate the lights and extraction fan (the fan can be separately stopped using the isolation with, UK regulations). It blends in very well with the LED spotlights I am using. Excellent product that I use elsewhere in my home.

Fitted plenty of these. Work very well with good adjustment parameters. Don't overload the rating.

I've had this installed for the last 7 years in my bathroom, and operation has been very reliable.However this year I upgraded my bathroom and ever since it gets triggered as soon as I open any external door or window in the house. On stormy days, it's getting triggered constantly by imperceptible draughts in the house.The difference it turns out are the bathroom floor and wall materials. Before it was vinyl floor and plasterboard walls. Now it's ceramic tiled floor and walls. That makes a difference to the thermal profile of the room and therefore operational reliability.Interestingly I tried to adjust the sensitivity by placing masking tape over the sensor. The sensor was still getting triggered by draughts, but not by people.So my advice with buying this sensor switch is: Be careful with mounting location. I haven't quite sussed out what the magic trick is to getting it reliable, but it's about 80cm away from the ceiling mounted extractor fan duct, so my advice is to to place it as far away as possible from any extraction duct.

DID THE TRICK. REPLACED WITH OLD ONE. IT IS WELL BUILT AND EASY TO SET UP.
