Purchased for husband quality and sizing spot on
Just like the reviews say and they must have updated because the thumb hole is just where it should be. I wear ladies all the time and my husband realized he didn't want to get pre-cancer turn into cancer on his arms. So glad he listed. TRUE TO SIZE washed well and quickly dries on a hanger. (can place in dryer, but I think it protects the fabric)

Comfortable Sun Protection
I love this shirt! It allows me to get out and enjoy being active in the sun without the fear of damaging my skin, something I have to be very careful about given my complexion and family history. The shirt is very lightweight and breathable; I generally feel cooler in this than I would a t-shirt because the sun is off of me and air flows through it. The hood helps with keeping the sun off of your neck and ears, and I love the loops on the sleeves to allow you to extend them over the back of your hands to cover them which is a trouble spot for me where I have gotten burned before as I often forget to cover them. One tip on the sleeve holes - if you ever wear the shirt without putting your thumbs in the holes, be careful about the sun coming through the holes on your wrists. I wore this shirt on a long bike ride and got mild sunburn on my wrist where the sun was coming through the thumb hole. I kept trying to rotate the sleeve so that wouldn't happen; it's something to watch for. I was fully protected everywhere else from the shirt though and never got burned despite intense sun. For reference, I'm about 5' 11", 160 lbs and wear a medium in short sleeve collared shirts. I ordered a medium in this shirt and it fit perfectly. I may eventually get another one because I wear this one so frequently! Very good tshirt and size chart is very important to get the right fit

Does not seem breathable , Seems narrow across the back and bicep area.
Fabric seems thick and not breathable. Item arrived with a run along the seam... I opened it late as I was on vacation with return window now closed... I will return it anyway...I wear XL in all brands but this measures narrow.
