Quality
Excellent fabric material. I have a cat, and with the amount of hair she sheds, the fact that I can wash the cushion covers makes me very happy. It holds its shape very well and the color is beautiful. The frame quality is very sturdy, I feel it's a bit low to the ground, but I read that some buyers bought legs to give the sofa more height. I can definitely recommend this sofa!

Packaged well and responsive customer support
We only got one tracking link through Amazon (I’m guessing platform limitation) but knew through the listing description expect 3 more. I contacted Chita directly and they quickly gave all tracking to me. All packages arrived extremely fast after ordering. The size and color is exactly as depicted. The storage ottoman is incredible. It is on the firmer side which we knew would be case based on their website. Getting the contents out of the boxes took more time than putting the couch together, it was very easy to and intuitive. This photo was taken immediately after assembly but since then the pillows and fabric have really expanded and the creases have smoothed out. The fabric is really nice and feels great, but unfortunately my cats feel the same way about it. So if you have cats be forewarned, mine have never shown an interest in scratching furniture but they really gravitate to this fabric.

Worth Every Penny!
I'm....slightly obsessed with this couch. I couldn't believe how easy it was to set up. I put it together by myself in a matter of maybe 30-45 minutes. The fabric is good quality - soft, durable. The cushions are so comfortable! I love that I can add pieces to extend the couch also. Storage ottoman is a definite perk! Overall, love this couch! So glad I purchased.
