WIREWORLD Oasis 8 Audio Interconnect Cable Pair - RCA to RCA - 0.5 Meter

I am using the Oasis 8 interconnect (0.5 meter) between a Schiit Bifrost and Asgard 2 headphone amplifier, mainly with AKG K701/702 and beyerdynamic 880DT premium headphones. When I swapped them in and replaced some basic interconnects, I noticed an immediate change in the sound. There was more space around instruments, better separation in the channels, and a better overall level of coherence in the sound. Some of the haziness from the basic interconnects just vanished. I did a blind A/B comparison for my wife, and she could pick out the Oasis interconnects consistently, noting the clarity of tone and separation of instruments that were lacking with the basic interconnects.As for construction, the cables are made well. They are quite flexible, and the RCA interconnects clamp firmly onto the amp and DAC. There is good strain relief, not that there is a great need for that in a stationary setup.All in all, this is a pretty good bang-for-your-buck pair of interconnects. I've used AudioQuest interconnects in the past, but these feel like--and sound like--they're giving you a lot more for your dollar. Well worth evaluating if you're looking for sonic improvement in your system without entirely breaking the bank.

Ok. I'm rocking a Schiit magni / modi with a Beyerdinamic T1, and used the cables that you can buy with the Dac/Amp at the Schiit store.Let me make this clear. Those cables are reasonably priced and give you a really good audio quality. Schiit fanboy here.THEN you spend money on this, and the difference is... clearly audible. I'm not an audiophile on any level, and it was hard to convince myself to shell out this amount of $$$ for a set of RCA cables, but... I wish I've done it before. I also bought the Wireworld ultraviolet 8 cable too (in for the penny, in for the pound) and boy... I can hear more details in the music, I can better distinguish between individual instruments, and honestly RAMMSTEIN never sounded so good before (except on live concerts of course)Wow.Would buy it again. Will annoy my friends to buy it :)
