Works fast

Way more than I expected! I'm not sure what my expectations were, but I assume I would have been happy just knowing that I was putting something good in my body whether I could feel the difference or not. With this....I felt the difference, and fairly quickly. Having to measure 1/64 of a tsp. is a pain in the tush, but I'll figure it out if I continue to get the results that I'm seeing so far. I take it twice a day, once in the morning, and again around 3ish in the afternoon when I start feeling sluggish. After the first day I felt a difference! I decided not to get too excited in case it was a fluke, so I didn't mention anything to my husband, but after the third day I let him in on the secret. This is only his first day taking it, so I don't know how it's working with his system yet, but hopefully he'll have the same results. For a little insight on me...I'm a 46 yr. old female beginning pre-menopause with low Vitamin D and feeling VERY tired most of the time. I started taking Vitamin D about two weeks ago (but heard that takes awhile to get in your system) and started taking this 4 days ago. I've had no energy drinks, which is my normal "go-to" just to get the day started, as I don't drink coffee. I'm extremely happy with this product, and intend on trying more.

I was always fatigued and got my levels checked and found my B6 was low. My energy has improved with product, but I haven’t got my levels tested yet.

I purchased the B6 to stack with the L-Tyrosine I had been taking based upon some research I did that was prompted by one of the first reviews I read for the L-Tyrosine. I felt a DEFINITE increase in energy by stacking the B6 with my L-Tyrosine. And I'm really getting to the point where I want everything as a powder such that I can adjust dosage any way I want. As with other supplements I take, I take these in 4 doses per day. Each B6 dose is 30 mg. Note that B6 should not be taken at a higher daily dose than what I am taking (120 mg/day) because it might cause problems if it is taken at much higher doses. So for B6, stick with the recommended dose.Bottom line - For me at least, stacking the B6 with L-Tyrosine provided a definite boost in energy over L-Tyrosine alone.
