BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Should have known better than to purchase a product from India. Already knew my external hard drive had issues, but this Stellar recovery software is advertised to side-step drive corruption to be able to retrieve/"recover" your data and IT DOES NOT. Recovery continues to get "hung up" and does not download "recover" all data. I just wasted nearly $54 USD, SO BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

the program didn't work -- when I contacted the seller, they couldn't find my order # and said they couldn't help me -- I paid$29.95 for something I can't use
