Returning - Defective pixel & poorly installed screen
Update 2018.10.10 - Refund has been processed.Purchase date: 2018.10.01Have mailed back the item last week yet have not received my refund. Note: I was required to pay for the return, which did not even provide tracking.The item came in T-mobile label and T-mobile box with a charger (not USB-capable). The item was in very good cosmetic condition with sealed battery. However there was at least one defective pixel on the screen (around 2-3 mm away from the LTE logo, towards its four o'clock direction, most visible when screen displaying black and facing 30 degrees from straight-up towards eyes), which appeared to be poorly installed as one side of it was tilting apart from the back body (visible larger slit space when looking without the back cover). Also, there was somehow a pre-attached low quality screen protector that would be very difficult to get rid of.

Good thing is it's an unlocked model from USA. Stay completely away from international unlocked phones. Not good. Still loaded with T*moble stuff. If ur going Verizon or AT&T take it to the closest store of theirs and have em help u out. Nice little phone.
