High quality and beautiful
The design and construction are heavy and high quality. The components are very well made and nicely finished. Some reviews cite problems with the fixtures not being level or loose but I can’t ding the product for these problems. It is true that the provided wall anchors are probably too small for non-skilled installers to ensure a solid connection to gypsum board alone. This is the case with many other high quality bath accessories, even Moen and Kohler, so I always purchase my wall anchors separately. Note however that the Fapully screws for the wall anchors are high quality stainless steel and this is rare.Regarding maintaining a level accessory for those that have only one anchor point (like the toilet paper holder) there are slots on the part that gets screwed to the wall and two set screws which allow fine adjustment of the angle of the accessory. Again it just requires a bit of skill.

Great quality and look.
I bought the “open package version” open box but brand new. Pleased with the quality and the price for 4 pieces was sub $50. These look great.I do not use included screws with any towel bars. Molly bolts or hollow wall fasteners and they bolt on tight. Old install trick I learned years ago to avoid call backs.

I returned it
I like the look and style of this set. It took me awhile to find the one I wanted for my bathroom remodel. I had already thrown out the old towel bar and was anxiously awaiting this delivery. When I opened it up everything was there except for the robe hook. I considered just keeping it and calling the hook a loss but my irritation with only getting three out of the four pieces won out. When I was packing it back up for the return I noticed that I had opened it from the bottom of the shipping box and that the top had been previously opened, torn and taped back up. Did someone along the way steal my robe hook?I did not get to the point of installation so I’m not sure if there would be any issues with the hardware. From what I could tell this is a good quality product with clean modern lines and if you get all the pieces you may really like it.

Very pleased!
These are so nice and sturdy. Very well made. We had to contact the seller and they were quick to respond and were very helpful. I would highly recommend! These did not come with installation instructions, but it was simple enough to figure out. We've had these up in our bathroom for a few months now. They have not rusted or discolored in any way. They are still secure in the wall, so the mounting hardware is adequate.

Easy to install and looks good so far
I liked the look of this set and that it had a hand towel bar instead of a hand towel ring. They look really nice in our bathroom and were relatively easy to install. The only issue was the template for the long towel bar had the drill holes a little off but that wasn't a big issue and the holes were all covered by the towel bar anyway. We appreciated the inclusion of the template as it did help some. I will update if the towel bar starts to sag but so far it seems very solid.

Very attractive in a mid-century home
I had to replace a hideous 70's vanity/sink and do some tile repair on this bathroom that had been added on 20 years after the house was built. The owner who did that had put in some really tacky Victorian brass and ceramic curlicue accessories with a fake wood cane front Sears Roebuck vanity and Hollywood round bulb medicine cabinet lighting, plus 70's ceiling track lighting (unneeded). All in all pretty awful. I got a low-flow toilet (the original used about 6 gallons per flush). The towel bar and robe hook, angled chrome toilet paper holder pull everything together nicely. The whole re-do was quite inexpensive and looks wonderful with an inexpensive handheld shower. The description on this purchase indicates brushed nickel. That is not what I have. Mine is polished chrome.

eh...
the only two that are amazing, are the really short towel holder/ gown holder? and the small hand towel holder. They go into a stud very nicely and hold. However... the toilet roll holder is in a stud, and i have had to re mount it several times. It continuously becomes loose. I have even switched up and placed it somewhere else, and used different screws, still comes loose. The long towel holder, doesn't even come with the correct length on the paper for measurement. So not only did I have to mud and repaint the holes and move the towel holder, but when using the plastic pieces in the sheetrock, cause it obviously isn't made for putting the screws into two 2x2's, it becomes loose. Since one end is loose, the other has become loosened, which is the one screwed into the 2x2.

The Most Beautiful Set I Have Found
This set looks striking in my remodeled bath! It is high quality brushed nickel, very sturdy, and classy looking. The pieces all pull together the hardware look. They are hefty, not light-weight metal. There is nothing cheap-looking about this set. It is exactly what I was looking for.
