Nice product but not so gud for Thickness

I received this product yesterday. I tried using it. And my experience was horrible. The inner stand has nothing to grip whole placing in the steamer. The plates don't fit properly and it shakes while lifting. I have attached the photo below. The handle BROKE while putting the steamer on the gas. I have attached that photo too.Within 10 minutes the lid just flew off and fell down,It is a TERRIBLE product. The seller and Amazon has tried to sell a substandard, faulty product online. Please don't trust. I demand a replacement or a refund

I bought this idli maker by looking at the pics. However it turned out to be of thin steel due to which the base facing the flame has turned black. Otherwise, it works pretty well. One more issue I faced is picking the plates out holding the handle when it's hot. It just slips out of the fingers as there's no rubber grip.

Best utility. Easy to operate and also to store. Standard as well as Mini Idli both plates fit comfortably. Easy to make Idlis of ones choice & quantity. Thanks Amazon.

Received product yesterday. But the handles broken with single use itself. Whistle is not coming as the lid is not closing properly..

Product is good but the plates are not remaining in a still position ,they are always in a dancing pose

It's nice but it's vessel sound is too irritating
