These are excellent. Hot. That front of the mouth heat that builds into a slow burn. Very different from Western chilis. The flavor is so meeded for Thai dishes and any other asian dishes. Won't regret this purchase.

I assumed they would be hotter than they turned out to be. They have great flavor and we use them in a lot of our dishes but I was hoping for more heat from them. I am guessing these are on the lower end of the scoville spectrum for birds eye peppers. I started with just a little for heat and flavor and even my kid who thinks everything is spicy loves these. We now just double what the recipe calls for if we want heat or make a sambal mixture with them.

These are the best chili peppers use in almost every thing i cook,just the the correct amount of heat, I had stop eating eggs because they gross me out I add one of these chili peppers crumbles up in my eggs now I can enjoy eggs again.

This Pepper Is Hot...But Not Excessive Like A Habanero If A Hot Pepper Of Any Kind Is Growing Slow In Drought Conditions..They Have A Tendency To Be Hotter With More Bite...As For Flavor I Mince These Into Chile and Spaghetti Sauce...And Even Hamburger Helper...Good For Flavor...Not Too Hot I'll Say Just Right...I Will Order Again.

Chopping up a few of these and putting them into the pan with your next stir fry will certainly bring the heat you're looking for. If you're tired of stir fry that's just ok, and want something with a KICK... this is for you. Update, after using these a few times since the summer: For each 1lb of protein, 2-3 bell peppers, 1 onion, and your favorite sauce and other finishers... We generally mince 2 large, or 3-4 smaller of these peppers into our pan with a tablespoon of oil whenever we're starting the protein, so the flavor develops into something more than you get just sprinkling it on after the fact. I'm ordering more now, so we don't run out. I can't imagine ever eating stir fry again without these peppers. For us they're just right.

My order arrived 1 day earlier than expected, via USPS and i am very pleased, esp. because soon it will be time to make a big new batch of kimchi. For my taste and those i cook for, these Thai chilis are the perfect balance between (high) heat and good flavor. Recommended.

We've used them in our versions of curry, and Szechuan inspired chicken. Also in some good old American chili. Just the right heat for us. A nice kick that builds. Adds a really nice flavor when cooked in a dish. I will be buying more.

The flavor is good and I used it in different dishes but it's not that hot, just a kick. I do eat very spicy so for people who like medium, it probably will be spicy for them. I ordered dried Ghost Peppers after using this chili. I am used to super hot Indian dry chili powders.
