Excellent Bag...
I am using this bag to hold daily enteral & IV infusion supplies. I wanted a bag that wasn't too flashy but still clearly a medical bag (for the bonus of small pockets, etc.) that I could keep in my car to hold a 2-3 day supply of my items for weekend getaways. This bag is great and with an additional insert that I added, made it even better. I purchased the "Household Essentials Hanging Cosmetic and Grooming Travel Bag" (here on Amazon) and am using this as an added organizer stored inside the center of the Arsenal bag. With all compartments *fully packed*... everything fits with ample room (the hanging bag insert is quite large and works exceptionally well when used in conjunction with this). I definitely recommend purchasing that and just remove the hanger part if desired. This is what I have inside (both units used together):Infusion:- 2 IV 1000ml bags (w/ and w/o D5)- 2 IV gravity drip tubing sets- 14" Microbore & 7" Microbore Extension Tubing Sets- Blood Glucose Meter & all supplies associated with it- Medication IV Vials & Ampules w/ Needle Syringes- Oral Syringes & Vacutainer Collection Sets- 2 IV Starter Kits- 2 Sterile IV Dressing Change Kits- 2 Spare Chloraprep Sticks- 10, 0.9% Saline Pre-Filled Flushes- 5, 10ml Heparin Pre-Filled Flushes- 4, 20g x 1" 10ml Needle Syringes- 2, 20g x 0.75" Gripper/Huber Port Needles- Assortment of Waterproof Tegaderm & IV 3000 Dressing Films- Surgical Gloves (Numerical Size Assortment) & Exam Gloves (S/M/L assortment)- Sterile Drop Sheets, XL Absorbent Pads- Alcohol Preps & Swabsticks, Adhesive Remover, Fresh Wipes, Iodine Swabsticks- Skin Protectant Swabsticks, Antiseptic Hand Gel, Skin Lotion, Petroleum Jelly- Disposable Thermometers, Disposable Forceps & Tweezers, EMT Shears & Surgical Curved Scissors- Pen Light & Tactical Flashlight- 2" & 1" White Transpore Tape- Bandage Assortment (Band-Aids, Gauze Rolls, Patches, Vet Wrap)- Biopatch Assortment w/ CHG- 2 EpiPens, 1 Glucagon Emergency Shot- Face Masks, Spandage, Red Caps & Male/Female Portacath Caps- Various Miscellaneous Items** Since the Arsenal Bag has approximately 30 pockets/small item holders (of various sizes), all of the above fit securely in their own compartments including the IV bags - there is room for a portable oxygen tank as well & mask). When you open the bag everything is NEATLY organized with no loose items. The large cosmetic insert holds most of dressing change items separately and has 10 compartments of various sizes - it holds a lot and easily fits in the center if you do not place an oxygen tank inside (if you need that though I am confident you could find a similar cosmetic organizer that is smaller and would work with the tank **Enteral:- 2 enteral Kangaroo 1000ml infusion pump sets- Gauze and Drainage Sponge Assortment (4x4, 2x4, Split & Non-split, Abdominal/Trauma Pad - 4 of each)- 2 Lopez Valves- Spare Formula (8 containers - approx. 2000ml)- 2, 60cc Catheter Tip Syringes w/o needle- 2, 20cc luer-lok Syringes w/o needle- Saline Wound Wash 4oz. Can- 2" Waterproof Tape Roll- 1, Foley Drainage Bag- 1, Irrigation Tray & Flush Kit- Flexiflo Y Connectors- Extension Tubing Sets & Various Connectors- AMT Clamp- Abdominal Pouch for up to a 28fr GJ PEG Tube & up to 42" Circumference BandAll of the above fits in the Arsenal Bag with my infusion supplies. Again, this is when used in conjunction with the separate fold-out cosmetic/accessory bag.Granted it is not being used as a standard EMT bag, however I can absolutely see it being used for such given the amount it holds. I should add that for small items I have *at least* 6 of everything. For specialty items and tubing, etc. I have at least 2 of everything stored.I created this list without physically looking at the bag and am sure I left items off. The bag is very nice and features a comfortable padded shoulder strap. It is heavy duty nylon. In comparison to the Rothco brand, this is both stronger and larger... although it is designed for side pocket storage primarily. It does not have a main compartment w/ dividers. Hence why I chose to add the extra insert piece. Nonetheless, I love this bag and the manner in which it holds everything without being a giant mess.Hope this review helps!

Great Bag
I am a mobile IV nurse and this bag has enough room for all of my IV supplies including a sharps container! The only thing it could use is outside pockets. It has one small one but after packing it full with supplies the outside zipper pocket is useless. Regardless the bag is great!

Great Secondary Medic Bag!
This bag works perfectly as a secondary medical storage bag.Or a Emergency essentials bag for your vehicle.I use it as a Secondary medic storage bag, and my main medic bag is the Kemp Large Professional Trauma Bag . All of my main medical gear is in the Kemp bag, and I use the Arsenal Responder for bandage, wraps, tape, and other essential, that are able to take a hit. The main reason is because this bag has very little protection padding, so keeping anything thats possibly breakable in it, is taking a chance of loosing it.But as a storage bag for unbreakable supplies, this bag is wonderful, and you can fit a LOT of supplies in it. It's very roomy, and really well made. It's a center opening bag, and the 2 strap handles tie together with a sewn on Velcro strap, which makes it easy to handle, and carry.Inside the bag, on both side, there are pockets for smaller storage, aside from the interior center open storage. The bag is made of heavy nylon and the sewing is done very well, this is a high quality medic bag, it just lacks some good padding. But for mu purposes, it works beautifully! It also uses an oversized zipper, and it works very smoothly, and easily secures the contents of the bag.I Highly recommend this bag, if what I described is what your looking for.

Great bag
Very simple bag but it serves its purpose for my needs. No compartmentalization - just open space and some elastic pockets.

Just the right size
Some of the other reviewers said that it was larger than expected, but for what I wanted it for, its just the right size. It's actually a medium size for a trauma bag, not large, but for what I wanted it for, its perfect. I like that it has a detachable shoulder strap as well as handles, so it can be carried either way. I haven't had a chance to really put it through its paces yet, but the material seems pretty sturdy, and the inside seams the zippers are sewn in have a reinforced finish. For my purposes ( an emergency medical kit for my family in case of evacuation or disaster), its perfect.

A good bug-out bag
This bag is large enough for the average family to make it into a great bug-out bag. The interior has plenty of pockets and small holds for almost anything - really. I originally bought this bag as a jump bag for base-camping when I am out with the boyscouts or with the family. However, This bag not only holds all of my personal gear, it also has plenty of room for additional supplies such as: large bottles of saline, eye wash, suture kits, small O2 bottle. All in all I would definetly recommend this bag for the average home user or basic car camper; Backpackers, this thing is way to big to be lugging into the back country unless you have a dedicated carrier, then, it can hold a small emergancy room if you can get the supplies. This is now a staple in my house, I will be ordering a second for the car.

Recommended for General First Aid Needs
I took this bag to a camp as a part of our general inventory. It has room for many things, including small plastic containers to hold lots of supplies. Thankfully, we didn't need to put it into use this year, but we did have everything we needed for several days of Camping. I was surprised by the quality of fabric and I do like that it zips closed, so nothing can fall out during transportation. I would recommend this product for general first aid needs.

Great bag for building a car/home first aid kit
Hilariously, I'd given up on receiving this: no fault of Amazon or Ergodyne, I'd ordered this, had it go missing in the postal system, only to have it show up months later. The bag is exactly what I'd hoped for: larger than a typical "dime store first aid kit," but still compact enough to keep around the house or the trunk of the car, I used the Ergodyne Arsenal bag to build a combination home first aid kit and heavy travel first aid kit. (for the trunk of the car, or canoe if camping)There are a tonne of mesh sections for sliding things like medications, gauze pads, medical tape etc into and also a bunch of elastic loops for holding things like penlights (for checking pupil dilation), tongue depressors, trauma shears, tweezers, even irrigation syringes, Epipens etc.The reflective webbing on the outside is a nice touch, materials are thick enough to stand up to abrasion and the construction is high quality, with extra stitching where it's needed.Size: big enough for a comprehensive home/car first aid kit; as the name suggests, a first-responder would likely be able to put anything they need in this.

Sturdy and roomy
Sturdy bag with a generous amount of functional inner pockets and compartments. It is deceiving roomy and can carry all you need for a first responder... apart from an oxygen tank.

Excelente compra
Es perfecto, el material es de excelente calidad así como el precio, en otros sitios busqué y es más caro y la tela diferente calidad, se ve aparentemente chica pero realmente es amplia, en color azul se ve muy elegante👌
