I bake alot, and I use this for my partners cupcakes and muffins, as he's type 2 diabetic. There's no aftertaste with this like you get with other sweetners.

wow...just amazing sugar alternative..I can say is better than regular sugar. I am on keto diet for the past year and i have tried countless sweeteners and forked a lot of money but this swerve brown is the best thing ever. It has very similar texture to muscovado sugar...it is brown and sticky but has no bitter aftertaste...and even though it's main ingredient is erythritol, it does not have the usual cooling effect that erythritol has..Highly recommended..i have added a bit on top of my peanut butter toast and it tasted like a dessert..Only negative thing is the price but I get it as it is imported.

I have been following the Keto Diet for a month or so and love to explore various sugar replacement. All KETO you tubers seem to be using Swerve as their sugar replacement, so I got curious and they don't disappoint. I have been purchasing the confection version and now brown sugar. They say brown swerve gives a much more depth in taste and this is proven to be true. my very first brown sugar baking was last night on cinnamon muffin ... taste excellent and will definitely repurchase.

Sticky brown sugar like and tasted like dark brown sugar exactly... delicious! Brilliant to sprinkle over bakes, I did on my bread and butter pudding and the caramelised taste was divine.

I do not understand the hype of this product. It leaves an awful after taste whether used in hot drinks or pancakes. It has a good consistency and looks like sugar but it's taste of burnt Stevia lingers in your mouth for a long while after you consume it. Its not what I expected when I paid silly £18 for a tiny bag. The marketing around this brand is big but the product itself is rubbish.I threw away the original package when I received it and put it in a jar. Will however try and get my money back as this stuff is plain awful.

I love swerve brand, it does not upset my stomach, and taste great. I use it on everything from sweet potatoes to oatmeal.

I am diabetic and pregnant so really watching my carbohydrate intake right now. This Swerve brown sweetener is a great option that allows me to cook some of my favorite treats but with lower carb content. As someone who does eat artificial sweeteners on the regular, I don’t find that it has an off-putting after taste, etc. Also does not seem to make my recipes taste TOO sweet. Really happy to have found this product and recommend if you’re looking for low carb/keto baking ingredients.

This is my favorite brown sugar replacement by far. Tastes great in coffee.
