86 bags, not 100
I purchased these flat glassine bags to package soap and the quality is fine. However, there are 86 bags in the package, not 100. Yes, I counted them - twice. This is a 14% shortage, which absolutely adds up if you plan on purchasing these again and again. I would accept a shortage of 1 or 2, but not 14. Seems careless.

The bags weren’t the normal sandwich size, they were much smaller and less convenient to use.
