The only asset which will appreciate as time passes yes RealEstate it is! This book will teach you how to start your own real estate dealings in accurate pinpoint details. This book will teach cashflow is better than capital gains, Team is better than oneman show, how to calculate and price a property, anyone can become a RealEstate investor its not genetical. A must read for all RealEstate aspirants.

Really this book enhance my knowledge and after reading this I am fan of sir ken McElroy.Thanks sir for this great book.

Very neatly described with true examples.. it is worth to spend sometime reading before acting... Because acting costs you money..

Sad & disappointing to see It's sold at US price in India . It's not at all relevant to Indian real estate market . Very expensive . Sometimes feel Extravagant :(
