Lego has nothing on this brand. Awesome build.

The eclipse model is not the best design for stability I can look past hard to assemble components, I want a challenging build but as I assemble the fins on the lower section the build techniques are illegal designs and ‘cause fragile sections. I’ve had to use spare parts to make this actually hold together.

What do I mean by that? Well, a brick building kit can ba taken back apart when you're done, like a 3D puzzle. Sadly, this sucker has steps that requires waaaaay too much force to put into place without full-blown adhesive. This means it goes together once and stays like that forever. Like a model. That being said, it's a gorgeous model, don't get me wrong buuuut, 1) make sure you got the room to display this bad boy and 2) you're only enjoying this *once*. So make *real* sure you're willing to make that enjoyment last and that you get it right the first time. And glue. Get lots and lots and lots of glue. Smh.

We have other mould king sets with thousands of pieces that have been fine, but this one is too long and had multiple pieces that didn’t line up correctly so over the span it exacerbated the problem. Huge waste of hours of my son’s time (over multiple days) and $450. He was made it to step 760 when he realized it was a major problem. So sad to see your child lose all of the joy from his Christmas gift.

My level of frustration is through the roof. Don’t waste your time spending the 500$ on this set. Mound king I’m sorry but your quality is junk. Nothing stays together. It’s very flimsy, instructions are not clear at all! Reached a point in which to attach both wings and somehow lock it all together but the wings are just falling apart as I hold it in place while my wife is trying to snap it together. I’ve got parts where I don’t know where they fell off. I’m at a stuck point with no idea what I’m going to do now. Again don’t waste your time or money. The pieces come warped, scratched, and won’t stick together. You have to press very hard to put together and then it just falls apart so easy.
