Great product, excellent customer service
This corkscrew works great. It’s smooth and easy to open bottles of wine. Very good value for money. After about 3 months of use, I did have trouble opening a bottle and it seemed like the corkscrew was no longer working. I reached out to the customer service team. They were super responsive and sent me a replacement corkscrew. What impressed me the most was that they followed up on my replacement corkscrew to make sure I had no issues while also letting me know that a piece of cork caused the issue with my original one. I would definitely purchase another product from this seller.

Strong, efficient, and easy to operate.
This is an excellent wine bottle opener. Smooth and easy to operate. Better than my last one, which was very good, but occasionally would be difficult to remove the cork from, and I had to find a substitute because the handle broke. This one also takes up a little less space in the drawer. It also compares well to other similar ones I have used at friends’ places.

Best designed wine bottle opener
This is really the best wine opener ever. Had a similar before but this one is even better designed. After opening you get rid of the cork much easier because they put in a guide so the cork does not get stuck. Perfect! It really takes just 3 seconds to open the bottle and the cork always comes off the corkscrew right away!

Good product worth the price
Works perfectly, smooth quick and effortless. My only negative is the stand it is intended to sit in. It doesn’t stay in the stand as the handle isn’t long enough to reach the counter and falls off. I store it in a drawer so it is not an issue for me, but a surprisingly poor design.

Works like a charm. You need to use it 3 or 4 times to develop how to hold it when using but we love it and it is so much faster and easier to use than others we have used!
