Eye serum for dark circles been using for a week but haven't noticed improvement yet.

i get this product regularly and have never had any issues.however, the eye cream arrived and had turned to liquidhave tried to request return and this item cannot be returned.

Just arrived and there is no tube attached within the bottle to squirt it out the nozzle, really disappointed looks very cheaply put together, this is before my wife has even tried the product
