Can you put flea drops exactly on the spots were the scab is

Nope. Why would you? Chemicals into an open wound? The instructions tell you not to use if the skin is broken. I would suggest putting it lower, between the shoulders perhaps, where the dog can’t reach to lick it off. Good luck.

My dod weighs 52kg how may pipetts do i use

I have looked on Amazon you need to buy a box for a dogs weight 40-60kg and its only one pipett

Your dogs will keep scratching even if you have applied flea treatment. The bites still itch for a few days. They may be getting re-infected if you do not keep carpets clean and hoovered.Mop floors with disinfectant to.Re-apply the treatment as 1 dose may not do the job.Keep up the treatments as stated on the pack.
