Adult Coloring Book with 30 Patterns for Stress Relief,Dot Art for Adults

I get a ton of emails and sit in meetings all day, and by night time, my brain just won't shut off. I've tried everything to wind down, but nothing really worked. Then I found this dot-letter coloring book, and it's been a total game-changer. The concept is super simple. There are 30 different designs, and all you do is match the colors to the letters and just dab away with the dot markers. You don't have to think at all — just follow the guide. It's surprisingly relaxing and the perfect way to quiet your mind. It saves your brain from having to make any more decisions, which, let's be honest, is the last thing you need after a long day. I highly recommend it!

My 18 year old loves these dot books. With a stressful senior year these are offering her a way to relax and focus. The look of the book is interesting and the spiral binding is very sturdy. It is super durability as it can fit in her backpack and be carried around all the time. The colors look amazing on the paper. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone who loves dot painting.

Enjoy doing this dot book, something different. I would give it 5 stars if they had what color to use, instead of having to pick your own color. The pages are nice quality, and do not bleed through.

Love this coloring book

Quality seems okay but this is NOT a dot by letter book. It’s a dot by symbol book. The shapes are weird and run together making it a frustrating experience instead of a meditative one. As well, there are no color suggestions for each page and some of the color “key” along the right side is cut off. Sending this one back for something better quality.

I received this today. I am disappointed my book i received did not include color suggestions key. I found Lifelines Flow Art dot by letter coloring books earlier this year. There dot by letter coloring books includes a suggested colors key in with there coloring books.

Larger letters and larger book. Easy on the eyes!
