Design and durability!!!
Very well made and lots of space in the bag! Absolutely love it!!!! I’ll most likely buy another so when this one eventually wears out, I’ll have one ready to go! I carry my diabetic medications everywhere as I am a type 1 Diabetic. I need a bag I can depend on!

a little tight if you like to carry a variety of things.
Nice bag, looks good and seems well built. After using for a few months now I feel like it's not as user friendly as my max KISS bag used to be. Yes the MAX bag was bigger but I also had another shoulder bag with a wider stance that seemed to stay put on me. This one feels off. Maybe to small but I think the shape is also factoring in. I carry less now but I liked the easy in and out of my previous bigger/wider bag. This bag feels a little cramped and just doesn't mesh well with my usage patterns. In the car on the passenger seat I have to fight with it to get the panel to open. Going down into the deep pockets feels like a challenge when its filled. By filled I mean using the slots it has. I don't carry much. Even with bigger zipper grabs it is still a bit awkward. I will likely transition to a slightly larger bag. Hopefully something easier to get in and out of. I like the ease of getting in and out of a bag quicker. I didn't realize how functional my other bag was until now. This bag also seems to slide of my shoulder easier. I carry 2 bags at once a lot. My max bag held onto my shoulder and seemed to fit my body better even when carrying both bags. This feels clumsy at my side and same side shoulder carry doesn't feel stable. I feel like the bag wants to jump off me. If I was doing anything other than walking into the house I feel like I have to cross body carry for it to be secure. Not sure why. Must be something to the slightly curved shoulder bags that makes them stay put. Any way just airing my take on it. Looks good but not as usable as I expected.

Should hold up. Strap may be short for some users
Just received it so I can't review durability. The material seem slightly lesser quality than my 5.11 bags. It's a little darker than pictured but I like that. The shoulder strap may be too small for larger bodied persons as one reviewer pointed out. I'm 5'9" 170 lbs and it fits me perfectly with the strap at full length. The top of the bag sits at my waste line. I'm using it for beach bumming and it holds a large book, water, sunscreen, wallet, etc.

Nice bag
I had to look for a while to find a shoulder bag that was not too large or too small. This one fits the bill. I use it when I'm going for a long walk outdoors, and don't need to carry a full backpack worth of stuff. I can put sunglasses, sunscreen, wallet, phone, gum, and car keys in it, and still have room for more.

Very good little shoulder bag but not there yet
I bought the tactical Hazzard 4 Kato a few years ago so I had something for comparison. The Tonto bag is smaller but not all that much. Its actually easier and a lot more subtle to carry. It works well cross body or just over one shoulder. The best part of this Tonto is that grayman look and material. Its much softer feeling, lighter weight, and much less tactical looking. The inside of the bag is very similar though. It easily holds all my EDC stuff including my wallet, keys, phone, water bottle, iPad mini, and a few little things. Sadly, it won't hold a full size ipad well or anything larger. If it just had another half inch in height, it would be a lot more versatile and hold an iPad 9.7" in a case but its a very tight and odd squeeze as it stands so I'd say no more than an iPad mini or an 8" tablet here. There is plenty of organization here. Its nice that its a contrasting color to the charcoal grey outside but I much prefer a lighter color than the coyote brown. Something like the orange color that Vanquest uses or the yellow color that Mountainsmith uses is much better.I also wish there was a key attachment point. All it has is a very small loop built in one of the zippered pockets but it can hold a very small carabiner so you can hook your keys on that. It should have come with that. Its also got two nice zippered side pockets and they are high enough to just hold an iPhone 8 and not much more. You have to put your water bottle inside the main area unfortunately. It works for me but I wish one of the zippered side pouches had a stretchy and open top to have easier water bottle access. This bag has that security locking feature that Hazzard 4 has on a lot of bags and its a little better than the old tactical version but I find it annoying and extra weight and cost still. I guess its just me though. I also wish that the handle was beefier. I is there but just a thin one.bThat would have been a whole lot more useful to me anyway but to each his own.Overall, this is an excellent little bag and a nice step or two up from the tactical version of this bag but its not quite perfect. If the above things are fixed, the next version should be outstanding. I'm still on the fence about keeping it but I think its going back because of the above missing things for my needs. If those don't matter to you, then its great.

HAZARD 4: Modern Day Indiana Jones Bag
As an owner of other Hazard 4 products (Air Support rolling carry-on, Messenger of Doom laptop bag), I looked to them to see if I could find a EDC (Everyday Carry) bag that was small enough, but versatile enough to handle everything I need with me day to day. The 'Gray Man' material is soft and low-key in comparison to the usual MOLLE on their tactical bags. The Gray Man version of the Tonto bag has the standard Hazard4 locking quick-detach clip on the left side of the bag, which is great. The shoulder strap is wide and covered with a decently padded cover. All zippers are YKK and have good zipper pulls attached. Side pouches are too small to fit any beverage larger than a normal pop can, but there is a rear open-top sleeve that could hold a water bottle. The insides of each pouch, aside from the well organized front admin pouch, have soft interiors. Overall, phenomenal quality bag once again.

Great bag
Perfect size carry’s all my video/camera equipment, the strap on the one side does link like other reviews, cut the square loop and put on a carabiner. Works great now.
