I like the multi-color version the most. Product dimensions are accurate. It's 5" long, 1" wide, and 1/2" thick.A bit pricey but you do get what you pay for... an excellent design corkscrew that was made with high-quality materials. However, I'd like to point out that the color dots are not as bright as shown on Amazon. In real life, the color dots look dull and has a rough texture because the dots are individual paint dots that are applied on top of one another.There's a small knife at the back of the head of the parrot that is very difficult to retrieve because it's tiny. It's not the most easy to use corkscrew I've ever owned, but what a beauty.

Superior design, good quality

I have had mine for 4 years now. I love it! It's so easy to open wine, that I have given it to friends and it's their favorite now. Ordering this one of my Aunt. Not sure why it's getting such bad reviews, must not drink enough wine, LOL.

Functional, ergonomical and clever design. Works beautifully. There is a hinge/joint that is not found in traditional sommelier style corkscrews. The joint allows for the optimal angle to be maintained during uncorking and lessens the chance of cork breakage. It is solidly constructed using good materials (but the box that it comes in looks cheap). This product is very pricey and not worth the money if you are looking for something that removes cork. But for a splurge piece, it's just cool.

My boyfriend and I received this as a gift. We use is all the time. Definitely worth the money. We have received multiple compliments from others.

Come già detto, Alessi nobilita l'acciaio trasformando oggetti d'uso quotidiano in pezzi d'arte. Questo cavatappi è geniale, la visione di un artista. Oggetto molto bello ed utile.

I absolutely adore the design and bought it as a gift for a friend. The product itself is in new condition, however, the original box from Alessi is torn and looks beat up. This could have been easily prevented if the box had been carefully bubble wrapped but instead it was put in a thin plastic bag for overseas shipping! I am very disappointed and now have to see how I can make it nonetheless presentable as a gift for my friend. I’d have expected much more care when preparing it for shipping given the price. Hence, I can recommend the product but buy it in person or choose a seller that wraps it carefully when it is being shipped.
