I coach softball and have a very competitive 16u team. We are constantly looking for ways to improve bat speed, exit velo, etc. The aero-swing has been the tool to do exactly what it’s meant to! Every single one of my players’ swings have improved in just a short period of time. It’s also a great warmup bat due to how light it is. The girls can get in a few swings before cage work and be loose and ready. 10/10. You need this!

The new Aerobat can be used to hit wiffles and smush balls which is a nice improvement from the original Aerobat! The new design allows the player to train bat speed while tracking a ball and experiencing some wind resistance from the pineapples. This is good to incorporate into underload/overload training to help players bat speed. I also like to use it as a warm up. The wind resistance provides a nice feel and the challenge to make a loud whip is good audio feedback for kids. I like combining the aerobat with a hitting stick and alternating between them to train the fast twitch muscles. Overall very pleased with the product.

There’s a reason my daughter uses this during travel ball practices. It’s such a necessary training tool to improve bat speed. Lightweight and very manageable.
