This cornbread mix is so easy to use. It taste delicious and moist. The price is very good for me. Everyone loves my cornbread.

Only thing wrong with this product was that it was not properly packaged and was opened during transit and the corn meal was all through the box, thank goodness it was the only thing that was in the box so nothing else got damaged. Amazon refunded my money but I decided not to order a replacement. I didn't want to get disappointed again.

I bought a small bag of this when I was doing my holiday cooking. I was happy I found the larger bag, and it's buttermilk. I'm so glad I got this. It tastes almost as good as Mom's but less work. Two tips, I used bacon fat instead of vegetable oil, and I cooked it in the cast iron skillet. Cause Mom knew what she was doing!

This is a good product. The bag came damaged, nothing that a piece of tape couldn't handle. But it's just the principal it came damaged.

This is a great buttermilk cornbread mix that I can’t find anywhere near me. I’ve ordered it before off Amazon with no problem. It’s the one I grew up using and I love it.However, when I picked up the package from the mailroom yesterday, I knew something was off. There was cornmeal dust all over the outside of the box. When I opened it at home, there was a big hole in the bag and it was a mess all inside the box. I lost some of the product because of how it was packaged. There was nothing wrapping or supporting the thin paper of the bag, and the cornmeal got all over my other products in the box. The picture I took is exactly how it looked when I opened it.

Although it was initially delayed, and I was advised of the new date, it ended up coming “almost” on time. Very happy get this as I could not find in the stores. Also happy that it was not leaking and the package was not torn or compromised in any way.

Was expecting this to make tasty cornbread but it tasted flat and just lacking flavor. The instructions were simple, but maybe I somehow made a mistake.

This tastes just like my mom's homemade cornbread that I grew up with in NC and loved. It is not sweet, but you can add sugar or honey if you want some sweetness. The white cornmeal is what I'm used to, and the crisp crust from baking in a greased hot iron skillet is so good! It has a somewhat crumbly texture, which is how I love my cornbread. Add some real butter and enjoy with any meal, or crumble it into a tall glass of milk or buttermilk the next day to enjoy eating with a spoon. It's a Southern thang... :-)
