Can't go wrong with Detroit Axel
These pre-loaded struts came well packaged and in the box was 2 retail packaged preloaded struts ready to be installed. Never really worked on a Hyundai before but it was pretty much a standard install. 3 bolts on top of the shock tower and 2 bolts on the spindle to remove. The only other bolt was for the torsion bar. Exact fit for the Genesis Coupe 2.0T. Took about 3 hours due to breaking loose stubborn bolts that had been installed 14 years ago. Been installed for 4 weeks and work excellent. Made the handling and ride much nicer and no more leaking oil on the driveway. Previously purchased slotted and drilled front and rear rotors with brake pads for my 2015 Camaro. They are still working very well!!! Not to mention the kit included all the clip springs and a quart of Dot 3 brake fluid, which is not the case with Autozone or other local car part stores. Great prices and quality products.

Great value
Honestly better than expected. Been on about a year now with no issues. Installed on my daily driver. No clunks or sagging springs. Probably going to end up buying more suspension parts from this company because they’re a great value.

Good replacement
Easy to install, but at low speed when cold they are very noisy. After 5 minutes of driving it quiets down

Not exact fit for 02.
Overall, looks and appears to fit ok. But issue is the bottom bolt hole is considerably larger than original. I am either going to have to return or use a bushing. Edit: my 02 was an early version w/ smaller bolt size. Before ordering please just know this. Detroit Axle did an outstanding job working with me on fixing the issue. With communication and coordination.

SELL DEFECTIVE ITEMS WITH 10 YEAR WARRANTY THAT IMPOSSIBLE TO USE. BUY FROM SOMEBODY ELSE !
JUNK JUNK JUNK. Spring was bulged and rubbed inside shock well. Sold item to me as a non certified mechanic and then refused return. Spring bulge started the day i installed item, but i was informed that I cannot return item without a "certified mechanic" reviewing my work. That step adds more money to situation. To add to that, I have would have to pay to ship DEFECTIVE ITEM back. The 10 YEAR WARRANTY isn't worth the paper its wrote on. Since they WONT HONOR THIER WARRRANTY, I am better off buying some other companies part.
