Works, but be prepared to install it yourself
The instructions come with dire warnings about having this kit installed professionally. Good luck finding somebody to do that for you. Other than that, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Must get an agency that is certified to convert the fire pit to natural gas. You have to take the whole propane valve apart and convert it as well. I was expecting it to convert easily like a propane grill to natural gas conversion kit. I has to purchase a propane tank to use until I can get someone out to convert the fire table.

Difficult to return item
I put in a written request for cancellation and the item was still sent . The fire pit comes with its own hose for the propane tank so no need to add this hose although it was recommended for natural gas use .

I opened the box and it looks like what I need to make the fire table work on Natural gas.Just haven’t assembled it. Patio isn’t finished.

Gas conversion from propane
Gas installer pleased that all necessary parts were in kit. Upon completion fired on first click. Many enjoyable hours since I don't have to worry about the propane running out and returning tanks.

Looks and works great
This is an excellent product at an excellent price. It was easy to assemble (and I had the natural gas conversion to do as well) and looks and works great. We enjoy it every night and it adds a lovely feature to our patio.
