The box was damaged and the seal on the product was broken.

This stuff is awesome! I use it for mostly cystic acne and will use it about 4 times a day. Seems like a lot but it is super gentle on my skin and my cystic pop up will be gone completely in two days. (they usually take over a week to go away on their own and are very painful) love love love it. Will be trying their other products soon.
