Q2: Camera with blurry video or images?

A2: The unclear footage is likely due to the installation environment. Issues such as a dirty lens (dust, stains, moisture, etc.), incorrect positioning, or adverse weather (fog, rain, snow, etc.) can cause blurriness, glare, or distortion.

Q3: “Video Loss” on one or all channels?

A3: Check if the camera’s infrared lights are on (cover the lens to verify). If not, try replacing the power supply and splitter cable with ones from a working camera.

Q4: DVR keep rebooting?

A4: Please check if USB drive connected to the DVR (commonly used for video export) or accidentally loosened the connection, causing poor contact. This can trigger repeated read attempts by the device, ultimately resulting in spontaneous reboots.

Q5: How to power on the DVR?

A5: Connect the 12V/2A power adapter to the DVR and plug it into an outlet. The DVR will turn on automatically—a beep will confirm. Wait a moment for it to boot up.
