Great book
Thank. Oh so much this book was so sad and funny and all kinds of different mixed emotions throughout it that I was having! I am ten years old and I love how every book is kinda different instead of him doing exactly the same thing every time and I like how in this book Chase does the right thing and the wrong thing at the same time. This series is amazing and I recommend it for children of all ages no matter what their reading level I am at a ninth grade reading level and I think it has less challenging words but is fun because it has unreal words like ninscapoop I can’t remember the exact word but it was something like that. I encourage writers now and days to write more adventuresome books like this because we don’t have so many of those anymore or mystery books. I wish you the best in all that you do, your biggest reading fan, Von.

Would have been 5 stars, except...
The Sixth-Grade Ninja series is better than most. The hero is essentially an idiot, but makes up for it by having ridiculous physical skills - which he somehow maintains without ever practicing - and by doing something large right at the end.But the editing is awful. Some books are much worse than others, but even the best are still drafts containing numerous word omissions and other gaffes. These force the reader to go over certain sentences several times to figure out what the author meant to write. When this occurs while reading aloud, there is no hiding the fumble. The series' publisher should stop hiring the so-called "editors" who let these books onto the shelves without doing their jobs. And the author should demand that every book be re-edited - on the publisher's tab - and re-printed. Republishing the electronic versions first and immediately should be a no-brainer.

Why Naomi?
I wish Naomi wasn't the bad character in this book. After I read the last book I thought she would be a good guy. I thought i thought I would be someone else. But the rest of the book was really cool.I can't wait to see hoe the scavengers try to take their revenge in book 8 I recommend this book for kids with a love of action mystery and like a good laugh. I've probably already wrote to much. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did

Grandson loves this series
My grandson, who was 9 at the time we started buying the "Ninja" books, loves them. He can't wait to provide me with a summary. I've even enjoyed reading them when I visit. I think any child who likes adventure & fun reading will enjoy this.

It's all about trust
This book could teach u to not always trust someone and some stuff you need to look out for. It's also a fun book and it can also teach you that you need to speak up so people can believe you. It's also just a fun book to read. I would recommend this book for people who have best friends. Get this book!!!!!!

Chase
This book was really well-written, no typos that I could see, nice characters, solid plot.I hated having to watch Chase go through all the things the Scavengers did to him (the description is right: worst. week. ever.) but it ties up a plot line from the previous book very well. Give it a shot. It's good. :)

Keeps a nine year old boy quiet
I cheerfully admit to knowing practically nothing about these books other than that there is a secret ninja team at the school and also a rival red ninja team...the most important thing is that my 9 year old loves them and reads them from cover to cover - nuff said.

My 9 year old son has enjoyed all the 6th grade ninja books so far
My 9 year old son has enjoyed all the 6th grade ninja books so far, and we are currently on this one. I think Scavengers has been the best so far, slightly darker in tone than the others but all the stories have really fired his imagination. We are still trying to work out who is the mysterious white ninja? The main character Chase is like-able so we are hoping there are more diaries to come. Anything that encourages kids to read is a good thing, and as it sometimes seems there are less books geared towards boys in this age range I am glad we discovered these.

Great
It goes from bad to worse and personally I felt terrible for him after being him in all the other 6 books. I would suggest it to 6 grade and up because it is hard to understand and I wouldn't say a hilarious adventure...By kyle 12
