Kickstand works great!! I'm a very short woman and my bike needed to be lowered 3inches. Would recommend it.

Worked for My 2012 14R but with a Caveat!
I purchased this kickstand for my 2012 14R knowing that the description states 2006-2011, and since many parts are interchangeable from a Gen I and Gen II Zx14's, I took the plunge and ordered it. What also helped my decision to purchase was that I read in the "Answers" section stated it worked for someone's 2014 (Gen II) ZX14R. At the time of my purchase and this review their weren't any kickstands listed on Amazon for 2012-2022 14R's, so my only other choices were from other websites where the kickstands were double the price of this one or shipping times were at minimum 1 month out to receive it at my doorstep.Shipping was fast and the kickstand is very light yet sturdy. My bike is lowered approximately 3" in the rear and 1 1/2" in the front, so I was definitely on the verge of have a tilt over accident if I didn't source a kickstand quick. Installation was simple and I did one into one snap where the stock bolt that the kickstand utilizes to pivot/mount to the body was too large for this kickstands entry hole. The holes on this kickstand aligns up perfectly with the mount point, however, the stock bolt WILL not thread through this kickstand's hole. I chalked this up to ZX14's generation change, since this is after all a MY 2006-2011 stand. Luckily I had some spare bolts in my tool box that was the perfect diameter and slid right through and threaded the new kickstand with out an issue. After installation was complete it holds up my bike at a now decent angle and gives me the confidence that it will not tilt over if the wind blows.Please note that I gave this product a 5 star because it works as intended and I also knew prior to purchase that I may encounter issues because of the different generations.
