I've never tried micro needling although I have been wanting to for a while, I was mainly out off by concerns about the possible pain I'd experience. I ordered this set as a complete novice with no real clue about what to expect. First impressions were good as the product comes nicely packaged in premium packaging. You get the pen itself, an amazing 22 replacement needle attachments, and a USBC charging cable. You can use your own cable or charger if you prefer. The pen itself is light and comfortable to hold, yet also feels well made and feels quite expensive. There is a small LCD display to tell you which level you are using, and speaking of levels this is one of the best features. You can easily change the speed level and also easily change the needle length by the twist dial on the pen. It's very easy to use! The instructions are printed on the box itself which I did find a little annoying as they are printed so small I had trouble reading them, but I worked everything out quite easily. In terms of pain, there is none! And the results are actually quite noticeable. I used this for three weeks and I did notice a difference in my complexion and overall healthy look. It's good value at £99 and currently has a voucher (25/3/26) making it a steal! You get a lot for your money and the set feels built to last and is from quite a decent brand. I'd recommend

Hmmm. High end feel, generous bundle… but the manual lets it down for me, and is a bit annoying to read & understand as it clearly is a poorly written translation. This is clearly positioned as a more premium at-home microneedling device, and in terms of presentation, is really great in my opinion. the packaging is high qualit, everything is neatly arranged, individually sealed cartridges, clean design, and feels like you’re unboxing something luxurious vs a basic beauty gadget. The pen itself feels very weighty and well made. It feels nice in the hand, and the non-slip grip is super useful for extended use. The LED display is clear and easy to read, and switching between the seven speed settings is straightforward with single button control. Wireless operation is a big plus too and it seemed to charge up relatively fast. What I was confused by is the manual said it will turn green from red when done, but mine turned blue. You get 22 cartridges included, which is generous. The mix of 12 pin, 36 pin and nano cartridges gives flexibility depending on what you need and -more- They’re individually packed and sterile, which is exactly what you want with something like this. Just be aware they are only compatible with this specific OB-DL model, so you can’t mix and match with other brands. And even though they are sterile it is super recommended to have disinfectant at hand at all times for your device and in between uses! The adjustable depth markings are clearly printed on the handle and feel precise and easy to follow once you figure out the fiddly manual. Obviously, microneedling isn’t something to experiment with casually, and anyone using this should understand proper hygiene, depth settings and aftercare before starting. This isn’t a toy and some research is absolutely required before use. The manual states this is for professional use! Overall, the device itself feels high quality and thoughtfully designed. The included cartridges and wireless functionality add real value. If the manual were better written, this would feel like a fully polished product. As it stands, it’s a strong option for experienced users who already understand microneedling and don’t need to rely heavily on the instructions.
