I'm so happy that I bought this product. I suffer with swollen ankles when flying and I bought these compression tights for two consecutive long haul flights. They're very thick and therefore not so elegant, so I wore them under jeans. They are also hard work to put on so take your time and make sure that you ensure equal distribution of the compression and that they're not too tight around your feet. Also make sure that you measure your legs to buy the correct size for you.The result: No swollen ankles at all! The tights do feel tight but so worth the effort and price as my legs felt light, I could fit my feet into the same shoes, and I could walk comfortably after 2 x 12hr flights. I'm very impressed as I've tried many different makes of flight socks and stockings - full length medical grade compression tights are the only product that have cured my swollen ankles - I will never look back!

Awful , the worst pair of support tights i have ever purchased.
