I've now pushed the cable in but instructions say there is a red charing light and I can't see one - do you think it is faulty?

There is a very slight red charging light, but ours doesn't always show red, but it does charge. I would say that even if you don't see the red light, but it charges you're all good.

Do these lamps come with the stand?

yes, the lamp comes with the stand, Please ensure that the seller sold by Care_Well before purchase. the package includes: 1*3D Moon Lamp,1*USB Charge Cable,1*Wooden Stand,1*User Manual

I received this lamp as a gift, I am charging it more than 2 hours now, still red light and nothing happen when I touch it .Is it faulty?

Is the red light full or still a short bit. If it’s the full moon and you touch it with no light probably faulty. If it’s a short red light after 2 hours it is faulty
