Great microscope
This is a great piece of equipment. It works perfectly and has good image quality. It's easy to set up and use. I haven't used all the features yet (like video recording), but I'm very happy with it. I definitely recommend it.

Quality Product
It works as expected, but I would have been better off with the other model with the bigger screen (with my elderly eyesight). I'll get a HD monitor so I can see better what I'm doing.

Wow ya need to get one
Tomlov is amazing this is the 2nd microscope I've gotten from them and I love them both. So much easier on the eyes than looking through a standard microscope and I love the 3d perspective I believe it really helps show detail i wish they had higher magnification tho!

Great microscope for electronics
I found this microscope to be great for electronics work, soldering and inspecting. The image quality is excellent and the display gives a sharp and detailed image. You can move the microscope far enough from the working area so you can freely use soldering tools underneath, and it has a digital zoom, which allows you to get additional magnification from further up, which is an excellent feature. The ability to position the lights at any angle is also an excellent feature as it allows me to get just the right illumination to clearly see markings on chips, etc. The only issue I had with it was the image saving option to the microSD card. It would sometimes refuse to save to the card, and I had to reformat the SD card on a computer to be able to save to it again. Some improvements I would love to see to this product: 1. A larger base 2. The ability to move the microscope further out towards the front of the base 3. It would be better if the display was located further back as it's really close to your eye when working on front of it After using this for 6 months, I would highly recommend this product.

Pretty impressive.
It took me a while to interpret the instructions that came with this devise, but when I finally gave it a try it worked. Like all electronic things these days there is a significant delay between the time a button is pressed or a switch is flipped and the desired function materializes. The dimmers on the two separate light sources are not very sensitive or workable. They seem to get in the way inasmuch as you can easily turn them on or off when you have no intention to do so. The magnification and picture quality are acceptable. Some place within the instructions you will find a statement that the maximum magnification is 16x. The advertisement on Amazon says 1200x. Here is how I resolved that discrepancy: I placed a 150mm rule in the field of view of the microscope. Next I attached the microscope to a HMDI television monitor with the included HMDI line. One millimeter showed up on the large screen with a 500 millimeter space between the lines that mark the beginning and end of one millimeter on the rule. So I guess you could call that 500x or 500 power. I should add that 500 was not the limit. It could have gone higher but then I would have had nothing to look at or measure on the screen. I would have been looking purely at the space between the lines, but not at any line. I am using this to view the edges of knives that I sharpen. It works very well for that. But I need a more versatile method of illumination to look at knives. I am sure I will figure it out.

Wish I got one years ago
Very impressed with TOMLOV quality and features. I almost bought a different one because I had never heard of TOMLOV. Saw a you tube review and decided to give it a try. Very happy I did. Good quality parts, well made and plenty of usefu features like digital zoom and split screen viewing. The 3D ability is a game changer when trying to read part numbers or capacitor values on a highly populated boards. Makes my life easier for sure.

Yea 3 stars was generous.
Feels well built and works well mostly. The 3d function really doesn't work. The other issue is when adjusting it down using the arm, it just keeps raising back up because its spring loaded and no matter how tight you tighten it it still does it. Makes it hard when you are micro soldering and it keeps moving on you going out of focus which then makes this thing completely useless. The arm needs adjustable locks that actually work . Other then those 2 issues the thing is great for stupid stuff like zooming in on a coin. However, unless that coin is something like an ultra rare mis stamped steel penny then you just wasted $100 on a door stop.

Excellent microscope for circuit boards
Up front, I did have an issue where the lights in the base stopped working, but I reached out to TOMLOV through their email and they IMMEDIATELY responded and got me a replacement base so I'm very impressed with their customer service. The version I received in Dec 2022 did not have a removable battery but it did have USB-C connectors for the microscope and the base. Very impressed by the screen clarity, was very easy use and I love the HDMI output to push to a screen to see more detail or for training. Also really like the ability to connect to the USB and use as a webcam. You can also record and take pictures straight to the provided micro SD card. The light control being in the stand was initially a problem for me working on circuit boards, I kept changing the illumination. But I recessed it into the table and put an anti-static pad on it and then that wasn't an issue for me. Definitely recommend this product, I enjoy using it and I am impressed by their customer service.

Microscope works fine - Micro SD Card/reader does not.
The problem i have with this device, is the micro SD card/reader does not work, meaning i cannot take photos/videos - which is critical for my use of the device! I am getting the distinct impression that venders are repackaging returned faulty items (as this is not the first time that I have received faulty items - maybe I should reconsider buying on AMAZON) and selling them off again as new!!
