It just arrived. If you need a comfortable chair in an A1 Abrahams tank, this definitely feels like it belongs in there. The piece is so sturdy and made with solid parts The back and SEAT being mesh keeps you cool. I wanted a mesh seat and not just a mesh back - seat is just as important to keep you coolPROS:-very sturdy (so far). The materials are durable and not just cheap (so far).-the metal components are coated to prevent rusting (too easy). My last chair used standard steel alloy which is rusting at the arm joints.-the seat and back are very comfortable. The back mesh has an additional lumbar cushion behind the mesh as extra support. 5 stars-arms and seat rise/lower to your height (standard nothing surprising.- there is a nice amount of resistance when leaning back normally to stretch.CONS:- The tool that came with this makes it hard to assemble- I have my own toolbox so it wasn't too bad but if you don't, it will be a lot harder. -1star- screwing in the parts secure uses a ton of strength (or power tools (don't really recommend). My hands are raw after putting it together. -1 star- the arms adjust out for wider shoulders/arms with knobs vs click switch (that my other chair easily does. They don't angle out. -1 star-the seat sliding forward and back isn't very responsive.Overall I feel this is a very good purchase and I will still recommend it despite the difficulty of assembly. The sturdiness I am impressed with but the inflexibility of the arms may annoy me. If you keep your elbow/arms in the same place nonstop, this will not be an issue.Other thoughts - it would have been nice if they included an optional headrest.

Don't put this chair together yourself, if you have weak hands, or hand issues. It will HURT you if you try, the machining on it is rather poor. The tool they provide works, but honestly you should use an outside tool instead. Looking past that, it's easy to figure out where goes where, there's only eight screws if I recall correctly.The actual chair once assembled is sturdy, as for comfort? No it's not really comfortable, I sit in it for around five to twelve hours a day. So I've learned there's only really one sitting position, that's the "right" one. Even then, the comfort is alright at best, not something I would write home about.A side note, for people who are picky about the arms. The pictures don't show it that well, but they slowly raise into a lump in the front. I'm not sure if this is to look fancy, or be some sort of wrist rest. Either way it's terrible, do not buy this chair if you need a flat surface.End of the day, the chair is good enough for the price. If I could go back, I would save my money and buy something else. Also, no headrest option even though the directions show a headrest. This chair would be a lot better with a headrest.

This is a solid chair with mesh back and seat. Very adjustable. It arrived with some assy required using an allen wrench. Unfortunately the shape of the allen wrench slowed assy since it couldn't be rotated 360 degrees in tight places. Otherwise the instructions are clear and the parts fit together fine. I am glad that the chair has lumbar support, but in retrospect I would prefer it to be adjustable. Also when I lean back, and the seat slides forward, the arm rest are not long enough to support my arms anymore. Not a major concern but in other chairs the arm rest attaches to the back of the chair and pivots when you recline. The last thing is that the unit came wrapped in bubble wrap except the arm rests, so naturally one of them got scuffed in the transit. Also some scratches on the frame with one deep, but small scratch on the base. But I am satisfied with the chair, it performs within my range of expectation.

great chair, fully adjustable, easily assembled. I would recommend this product. The shipping was much faster than expected. UPDATE--- Have had this chair for over 4 years now. If this chair were to break today, I would order the same thing. The last 12 months of Work From Home with this CoVid situation proved to me that this is the right chair for me. I am 6' 2" and weigh right around 250 pounds. The seat bottom fits me well, if my hips were to expand a lot wider, I could simply adjust the armrests out further. There is excellent shoulder support, and the lumbar support is good. When I purchased this chair, I had hardwood floors and didn't want to date them, so I installed skate wheels. The skate wheels didn't change the overall height according to the official dimensions listed. This wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive option out there, but the reviews back in 2016 and 2017 were solid. I took a chance and I am very pleased I did. Awesome chair for the price!

Great chair, and provides very good lumbar support. I am 6'2" and the back goes above my shoulders. The mesh seating and back provide good support while being fairly comfortable. The base is a nice metal finish with typical casters nothing special. Very good tilt control with locking in multiple positions.I bought this because of upper back/shoulder/neck pain from bunching too much. This chair does help.

I ordered this after trying a HON Basyx chair and could not be happier! I sit in this chair for 8 hours/day...it's been over a month and I am happy with my purchase. Fully adjustable, and although the arms do not adjust in/out, they are narrow enough for me to sit naturally. I am 5'4'' and I could use another inch lower to the ground even when it is fully adjusted to it's lowest position, but nothing a footstool can't solve for. The chair is heavy due to it's steel base, but that is fine with me. Very happy with this chair!

The chair has great adjustments but after a few months of use the mesh on the seat has stretched to the point of inadequate support.Stick to chairs with padded seats.UpdateI sent an email for support and no response.
