Good
The wall plate exceeded my expectations. It's durable, easy to install, and looks great. It's a simple but effective addition to my home decor. Highly recommended

Uncomplicated for the amature
These replacement plates work great to repair the original plates that became brittle over time. The nice thing is you only need to be capable of rewiring and crimping an RJ45 ethernet cord. The outlet connects an ethernet cord both on the inside and outside of the replacement plate instead of the traditional networking wire set up.Tip: I had to change the order of the colored wires for the ethernet inside the wall to 568B to match our ethernet cords. Our home is networked with the wiring for 568A. It took some troubleshooting the realize i need to crossover the cords going through the walls from the switch to the access points being repaired.

Good for router and cable
I have my router/modem on my entertainment center and installed this to replace a wall plate that had two coax lines for my cable internet and my rooftop antenna. Working from home now, I ran two Cat8 ethernet cables through the same box using this new plate (fishing the ethernet lines up through the wall with the coax into the attic and then down to our two home offices which are at opposite ends of the house). This has dramatically improved network/internet speeds to the home office computers without having to try to move the router. Plus, this allowed me to use the same box in the wall without having to add additional plates. Antenna comes out of the wall to the TV (which streams through the router) - Cable comes out of the same plate to the router. Ethernet runs back into the same wall plate to go to the home office areas. Everything else runs wireless.

Well made
I am always concerned when buying plastic products that they will be thin and cheaply made. Not true for this item. Strong and flexible

Working well for cable internet
I'm reorganizing the coax and adding ethernet for my home internet (from a cable supplier). These plates worked well with standard old-work boxes, existing coax (quad shielded cable the installers used before + PPC EX6PLUS connectors), and cat5e / cat6 cables. Easy to install, data is flowing fine (for residential 300Mbps service).

Just what I needed
It works.

Exactly what I needed
My 99-year-old house had a coax cable run outside through the foundation, around the back of the house, and in through an opening where a phone line used to be. I removed and patched that up, then ran coax and cat6 up from the basement through the wall (terminating in this plate). This did exactly what I needed. The plastic looks kinda cheap and I'm glad it's hidden under my desk, but functionally it's just right.
