I've always loved learning about and using ayurvedic herbs as it really helps with overall wellness of the body. Triphala has helped with regularity. I also like that it contains Amla, as it is high in vitamin C. I make a tea at night using this powder. It has a sour like slightly bitter flavor but is tolerable for me. Another thing I like doing with this powder is a hair mask. I mix some powder with yogurt and honey and leave it on for 20- 30 minutes. Makes my hair feel stronger and promotes hair growth. I love that this is all organic herbs that are used in this powder. It comes in a resealable bag. Good quality and keeps my body in balance.

I was surprised at the PH being so acidic. It is quite harsh on tooth enamel, so I try and drink it quickly and then rinse my mouth out. It is a bit tart and slightly bitter with the mix of these three fruits. It goes well in smoothies if you have sweet and alkaline fruits and proteins to balance it out.
