I like this tea brewed relatively weak. It tastes like a mouthful of flower petals. I find it soothing

I just followed the On-Line Video instructions by PATTI, of Redlands, SoCal, on How To Cold Brew, IRON GODDESS, Oolong Tea, using 64oz Pitcher, Good Water, and 12hr STEEP in Refrigerator, Overnight. It's very simple to do, and results are very good. I liked the Final Resulting, Cold Brewed, IRON GODDESS, Oolong Tea. Taste, Aroma, Color, Flavor, and best of all, No Bitterness. Plus, you can Recycle and Reuse everything again, just increase the Brew Time, and Add Less Water. Adjust as needed. PATTI, has several 64oz Pitchers, to rotate, so there is always one that's got the Real Thing, Ready To Go... just pour, drink, and enjoy. What's not to like? v/r, "The TEA Spectator" :o)

Great product

This tea just resembles the flavor of real Tieguanyin tea. The aroma is very faint. I regret I purchased this tea.

This is really good, high quality Iron Goddess. You can tell as soon as you open the bag- the color is a vibrant, deep green and it smells lush and flowery. Each steep brings out new subtleties of the oolong flavor without losing the overall impact of the taste. All in all, it's good stuff and a good deal for the price.

This Tieguanyin is very lightly oxidized with a subtle flavor and wonderful aroma. I prefer this style, which is almost like a green tea. It doesn't work well in blends as the flavor tends to get lost.

Inconsistent tea quality. The last month and this month I received a very poor old tea with not much flavor at all.
