Flakes quality was nice. Crunchy enough but no taste of sugar/preservatives was a definite plus. Did feel fibrous enough. Not-too-generous dry fruit mix, which I happen to like instead of sugar-punch first thing in the morning. What I didn't like on my purchase was that product was quite old, dated for a few good months. So I'll check before buying from seller - Olympia.
