A wheel with handles: done!
First of all, if you're new to the ab wheel I recommend a little education on how to use one safely and effectively. Check out AthleanX or FitnessFAQs on youtube to get started. Those guys have tons of good info on form, technique, etc.I've used ab wheels on and off over the years and found them to be either ineffective or unsafe for my low back. Meh, just another gimmicky piece of junk gym equipment, right? Not so fast, hoss. The one at my gym at work is an over-complicated gimmicky piece of junk gym equipment that has some sort of spring assist to allegedly help somehow, but all it really does is make a lot of noise. Seriously, someone designed a wheel with handles that doesn't work right. Forget spring assist; just start out with a shorter range of motion and work your way up to a full layout (check out the guys I mentioned above for progressions, form cues). So what does an ab wheel need to do? It needs a wheel and two handles that can safely roll without falling apart. Nothing more, nothing less. This bad boy does just that. The wheels are sturdy, the handles are no nonsense, and the axle is a sturdy metal tube. Boom, done. I put this baby into service the day it arrived and I have no complaints. The only potential con is if you think you want to dismantle it for storage you're in for a struggle. I have no plans for that; I want something that goes together and stays together. I wouldn't stand on it and ride it down the stairs, but I bet it would survive if I did. When I bought this roller it was one of the cheapest ones out there. If you need to have high tech materials, ball bearings, a custom knee pad, padded grips, and are willing to pay for them, I'm sure someone will provide you with that product and charge you accordingly. If you want a wheel with handles to help you work your core, this one is the bee's knees. I'm about to order a second one to leave at the gym at work.

Killer abs
We have been adding to our home workout options given that we are exercising at home more often these days. My son wanted this ab roller so I was happy to order it for him. He had it put together before I knew that it needed to be assembled, so clearly it was an easy assembly. He is happy with the product. I find it to be a bit wobbly, but perhaps that is because my core is not as strong as his. Overall we are happy with this purchase.

Excellent product for the price
I am very happy with this product. As stated by many, the grips are a bit tough but I had grips from a previous wheel that broke and they fit the rod and provide a little more cushion. I have used this a lot already and appears to be very sturdy and will stand the test of time. Definitely recommend this over the much more expensive products. Also easy to pack and carry around

Flimsy feeling but decent
Not quite as durable feeling as in a professional gym, and a little smaller than I'd prefer but it was easy and fast to assemble (10 seconds) and works as you'd expect. A really useful piece of hardware that takes up little space for the value added. I'm giving it 4 stars for the $12 I spent.

LOVE THIS!
Such a great workout. I very rarely feel a burn in my lower abs, but this was a miracle! Super easy to use, super easy to put together, sturdy, and is definitely efficient.Only thing I'd advise is to make sure you're not bending your back. I can't think of a faster way to induce pain! Make an effort to flatten your back. It's easy to neglect it, so make it a constant priority. A tip I have is to put so much effort into keeping your back straight, you almost feel like you must look like a cat arching it's back; make sure your tummy never slopes towards the ground, really. Try to keep your back pointing towards the ceiling, but without your butt sticking up. Sounds like a lot of work and effort, but it's not!

Real results for a great price.
This is an amazing product for the price. Start with just one or two reps and extend maybe 2/3 to begin with. Your abs will tell you what you can do. But the next day you may be slightly sore. Work your way up gradually length of extension, time held and repetitions. Not every day. Sooner than you think, you will feel and see results.

Love it
I have an assisted wheel that claims to be full work body workout and harder than non resistance. Such a lie. This thing kicks my butt. it was simply 2 wheels, a pole (one end had a handle), and a separate handle. You slide the pole through the wheels and onto the other handle and that’s it. Simple, strong, and hard

Hard on the hands.
I like this wheel! Easy to assemble, great workout tool. My only complaint is the hand grips. They are not very cushioned and do hurt my hands. They leave an imprint on my palms. I've seen some wheels come with gloves; I'll be purchasing some separate to use with this tool.
