Will this also raise ph? Neos need 7ph and ro water comes out with 6.5

No it won’t raise the ph in the water! This puts minerals back in the water especially if you have shrimps, crayfish, snails and plants! Read the instructions carefully with the amount to the gallons your aquarium is!  I use it all the time just for my tropical fish which brightens their color! Think of it as giving them a vitamin! Can i use this on a ro planted betta tank?

Yes, if the GH and KH of your water are lower than the recommended parameters for Bettas, as is usually the case with RO/DI water, then mixing this with your water changes will raise the GH and KH accordingly. Do not add to your top off water, though. Unless you know for sure that your tank's minerals have depleted, then only pure RODI or distilled water should be used when you're topping off your water levels due to evaporation.

Does this have calcium in it? Shrimp and snails need a calcium supplement so I was wondering if this will be sufficient.

It adds all important minerals to your water. I would use a dietary supplement that is designed to provide extra nutrients so the shrimp have a healthy molt. I highly recommend the brand “Glass Garten” shrimp food. Bacteria ae is a must to add biofilm the shrimp need to live. Best of luck.

Can this product cause an increase in ammonia and nitrites?

No just a dirty filter that needs to be maintained! Fish waste and uneaten food causes ammonia and not doing water changes!
