what is the physical size?????

I measured it to be about 2" long and a little over 1/2" at the widest point. I put a piece of velcro on each of my four batteries and attached the white one underneath - the pull it off and put in one the new battery when I change them out. It is MUCH brighter than I expected. (I have a Mavic Air) With the legs extended it balances perfectly. I plan on putting green and red on the sides using velcro too. But they are just a smigen too long. So I am using my dremmel to file the back part of the plastic just a little and it will fit perfectly. VERY light. I will try to post some pictures.

Can one replacement light be ordered, or just the whole set?

Whole set. Design does not allow access to led/bulb.

Can the lights be removed to charge or is the adhesive one time use? And what is the protective film for?

Meh toss the film in the trash and just use Velcro, I use Velcro on all my planes and can add theses light to them when ever I want. These are great!

Will it throw the CG off

Nope. These lights weigh next to nothing. I'm running two on each wing and two in the nose with no change in performance.
