OX Speedskim Stainless Flex blade only - SFBL 300mm

Used this stainless steel blade (SF) to dry & wet trowel a ceiling. Managed to obtain a really good finish and it saved loads of time. Cuts out a lot of repetitive passes with a trowel, already had the plastic version to smooth out bonding & first coat, so just bought the stainless blade for finishing. Glad I did.

As a non professional plasterer, this piece of tool makes the job so much easier. It is light weighted, easy to use and makes the smooth finish.Worth every penny spent.

Would have given it 5* in all but used for 1st time today and found it had no handle so made a wooden one so I could get the job done otherwise great piece of kit

It’s says item was handed to residentNo it was not it was left outside my door where anyone could of pick it up and could of get wet

I purchased this for my son who is a plasterer, he has taken this on every job now. He said "wow its much much quicker" 👍🏻

I have the ox 16inch semiflex and the 18inch ultraflex which are excellent tools, I have used this on a few walls but think I still need to practice more with it, I bought the pole and connecting piece as well so hopefully get to use it o ceilings , will get back with some info , all in all seems a good tool to have...Update, used this blade with extension pole on ceiling today and it makes for easy work, would highly recommend

It’s a bit expensive but for a DIY plasterer with the help of the plastic blade and the metal blade I got a really flat wall. I was nervous about plastering a long run which was in a hall way and any blemishes would be noticed. However two sides approx 8m long turned out pretty well. I don’t regret this purchase as it has already paid for itself.
