Country Baskets Toy Town Advent Steam Train Size 15 cm, Multi

I finally bought this train after A LOT of research into all the different wooden advent calendars! I had seen some really badly painted ones in the shops so was a bit worried about buying online but I thought this one looked high quality. I was very impressed with the train when it arrived and it looks great on the mantle piece. I like how it has different sized doors so you can put different size treats in them. I also like how it has doors that shut with little magnets instead of boxes because I want to keep this for a long time and I thought drawers might get lost over the years or fall out when it is moved. The colours are much more sophisticated that others I have seen and I like the way it is fun but doesn't have pictures painted on the doors or loads of glitter over it, which I think makes others look cheap. So all in all, I'd highly recommend this train and my 2 year old daughter loves it too.

The train itself is lovely and well made the downside being the draw size, they are very small and limit what u can put in. I didn't want chocolate in everyone.

The item delivered was not as displayed in the picture. Although the train that was delivered serves the same purpose-perpetual advent calendar it was a little disappointing not to receive what I believe I ordered.

Looks really good and hopefully will become an old friend. Compartments just a wee bit small when two presens required every day so put in small card every day and we had a treasure hunt. My five year old twins were delighted.

Beautiful advent calendar. It is a bit rustic looking with bits of paint missing and the roof broke off as soon as I took it out the box! Having said that, I love the colours and the old fashioned style. The imperfections are part of its charm.

My grandson loves it because it’s a train! But the compartments are too small to get anything decent in.

The train was bigger than i thought, really good quality.

Really lovely my grandson will love this and it will be used every year.And the company are lovely to really helpful and nice people
