Overall its good and looks sturdy after assembly.Pros:- Material is good.- Delivery before time- Spare screws provided.Cons:- Most of the welding on inner steel pieces is not proper with most of them loose and moving freely.- Welding of one hook was broken.- Finishing of cuts for joining is not good which are risky and could cut hands while cleaning.- Installation guide is OK but the parts are not marked, it was like jigsaw puzzle. Suggest to put simple numbered stickers on pieces for easy assembly.

Product arrived one day ahead of schedule. Packaging was very good.Coming to assembly, it was really fun. Any assembly for that matter, requires strong observation, imagination and it's a nac. You ask a person who solves Rubik's cube, he will tell about assembly nacBut for us, it was really fun filled activity.Initially, family members said, holes are not aligned, something is missing, etc etcBut at the end, not even one single mistake or missing part, we could find. Every thing was perfect. One question mark part was broken. But i think that is pardonable.Coming to sturdyness, yes it is strong and sturdy. Holds weight.Overall it is good product. Price may be reduced to some extent is my feeling

The utensil and plate rack came in good condition, well packed in a compact 3ftx1ft corrugated box. It's of good quality steel and only time will tell if it's stainless as said by the seller since I don't know how to tell just by looking at it. I found it fairly easy to assemble with the instruction sheet but one needs to be handy with a screwdriver and be able to twist and turn oneself and the rack to fix all the parts. The yellow plastic caps are not easy to fix as some are very small, I had to heat some to get them to fit. One major con is that as seen in the images, there are many sharp corners and edges that are difficult to work with and give it a poor finish. Another con is that the corners are not cut straight so there are gaps at most joints allowing water to enter and pests to flourish. Overall a poor finish without thought to safety, hygiene and aesthetic appeal, serves the purpose if one can seal edges and use care during assembing.

Product was delivered ahead of time and was packed nicely. Was very excited to open the package and was looking forward to assemble it myself as I like assembling But, man... this was crazy! With no clear directions (except a picture with some numbers), it took me close to an 2 hour and half to assemble the product. My hands are still paining as it was extremely difficult to set everything right due to poorly crafted parts (bents, not perfectly matching holes, etc)... Finally after lot of struggle managed to assemble it and waiting to fix it on the wall. While the design is good, I recommend that parts be numbered with correct directions and . Would start using it shortly after fixing it on the wall. Unless you are an adventurous person in assembling things, I would not recommend buying this product!Bt the product is gud....but it..👍👍👍

When i read the reviews i thought assembling is something i like to do, so it will be fun even if its not easy. But i got such a big reward half way while assembling THERE WERE NO HOLES ON ON OF THE SIDE BAR. talk about poor engineering.Hurt myself while assembling, took me half n hour to figure out the instructions, drained all my energy to align by holding the parts very tight while screwing... All for nothing... Trust me GO WITH THE REVIEWS. NOT WORTH IT.you might end up either with missing parts or miss aligned holes or (LUCKY DRAW) no holes at all...

The product is good and can hold lot of utensils once fitted properly on wall. The problem is assembling the product is a headache. They just gave a simple photo, but no marking on the steel parts. A real headache, even my plumber took almost 2 hours. Better to buy already assembled products from a local stores. This quality is easily available in any location store.
