There are no shortcuts to getting faster, but the right shoe can help. Meet the Endorphin Speed 3, featuring a newly designed winged plate that better supports and propels you through the rigors of daily training. Review: good long distance trainer - I've been using these shoes as a long-distance trainer for both half marathons and full marathons, and I have to say, they really perform well. I typically train with these shoes every other day and have already logged more than 100 miles in them. With such extensive use, it's natural to start noticing some wear and tear, particularly on the outer side of the heel edge, which is a point of concern. However, despite this minor issue, I can confidently say that the shoes have enough cushioning to endure longer runs, such as 10 miles and even beyond. They also offer fantastic support, which allows me to do interval training without discomfort, making them versatile for different training regimens. In comparison to other brands, I've found that Saucony shoes are significantly more comfortable and fit better than Nike running shoes. This has led me to prefer them for my training sessions. I would definitely buy these shoes again without hesitation. While I'm not entirely sure if the Speed 4 model is as good as the Speed 3, I'm still very eager to explore the Endorphin Pro option for my future training needs. I'm excited about the potential improvements it might offer for my running experience and overall performance. Review: For Lovers of the Speed 1's and 2's, but not the 4's - I've owned dozens of pair of Endorphin Speed 1's and 2's. I loved them. My daughter loved them. My girlfriend's dog loved them. My girlfriend didn't like them (but I forgave her). The Pope even loved them. Then I skipped to the 4's. I hated them. My daughter hated them. The president of the Republic of Molossia loves them, but he doesn't count. So I figured I'd go back and try the 3's. These shoes...the ones (but really the 3's) I'm reviewing right now. They're just slightly different than the 1's and 2's. Better even. More stable in corners. Still soft on my tender tootsies. Still slippery in the rain though...their only real downside. They're even stretchy enough that lace tension isn't as critical as other shoes. In short. I like them. You'll like them if you like the Speed 1's and 2's. You probably won't like them if you like the 4's...or the president of the Republic of Molossia.

Awesome Running Shoes
These shoe are comfortable and fast. Most running done on gravel/dirt road. Gave them a 10 mile test run and felt great. My legs felt fresh. They are springy and responsive but felt natural during run. I got black and gold because they were cheaper but they look great. The upper fits perfect for a size 10. Super comfy. Worth every dollar!

Amazing Shoe
These shoes are so light I swore the box was empty when it was delivered. I was a bit skeptical of the sole at first touch. The foam sole felt different, almost like Styrofoam packing peanuts. Any worries I had though quickly vanished. This shoe is amazing. Unlike many of the newer shoes out there that seem to over do it with the cushion sole the Endorphin Speed 3 has hit the right balance as their sole provides a soft but firm response. I've already ran about 100 miles in these and there are no signs of any durability issues despite the unique foam feel of the sole. My only complaint now is I didn't buy more when they were on sale.

Best running shoe I ever tried
This is strictly a running shoe, if you are looking for a pair of walking shoes or cross trainers, you won't want these. I have used these in a one mile run, a 15 mile run, and a half marathon. This shoe helped me get a PR in the half marathon. It is by far the lightest shoe I have ever worn. The sole material feels like it was made out of Styrofoam, but it it has held up remarkably well. I had a tendency to run a little too fast in them because they just make me want to run fast. They are a little unstable at first, but once I ran in them for a while they were fine. They also felt a little slippery on wet pavement, but I never lost control of them. They roll nicely from heel to toe. They feel soft and springy. The soft sole never got squished down and hard like some shoes. I am six feet tall, 175 pounds, size 11.5, and ran a 2 hour 10 minute half marathon in them.

Great Fit and Light
I read good things about the Saucony Endorphin Speed 3. I have only put 15 miles on then since I got them. My first run out of the box, I ran almost 40 seconds per mile faster than normal on a training day. My second run was a 10 miler and I felt like I could go another few miles as my legs felt good. I like how light this shoe is and it seems to have very good support and padding. Starting my training for a fall half marathon and hope this shoe will be my main shoes in my rotation for my training.

A nice shoe for up tempo runs
I've run in the Saucony Endorphin Speed line since they came out. The Speed 3 is a decent version (better than the 2). They are comfortable right out of the box, and the nylon sole plate gives a nice springy feel. They are not extremely cushioned, and for me at least, not suitable for a marathon (I use a Hoka Mach X for marathons). For reference, I'm 68 years old, 6'1" and 155 lbs - your results may vary.

Best high performance affordable running shoes
I bought 4 different brands at the high level performance shoes without going to pro. And although I was bias by other brands I have used in the past, this model really overcomes everyone else. With the plate it really allows you to increase your pace, but still comfortable enough for an amateur runner trying to improve its pace and doing long runs. Yes, the color details start to wear out pretty quick, but I honestly was looking for good running shoes and not fashion shoes, so I didn't mind at all. It let me improve my marathon expected time by 30 min. So 5 starts for me

Perfect shoes
I have few pairs of Saucony mostly trainers Saucony Ride 15 and 16, Kinvara 13, Xodus Ultra. This time bought these for a race day shoes cum training shoes. Got them under a deal for size 8. These are light weight, perfect fitting for me size UK8, very peppy with good response. Excellent shoes if you want race day shoes and not want to pay hefty for Endorphin pro series. Cant wait to try them for my next race.

Light and snappy, great all round trainers
I bought them for marathon racing, I was afraid of carbon plated so I picked up these instead. I needed about 70 - 80 km to get used to them. Very demanding on my tendons (Achille's tendon, plantar fascia). I ran Rome marathon with no issues (I'm 56 yo), I'll run Manchester too. Very light and well ventilated. It won't make you a fast runner if mother nature made you slow but I didn't have to worry about my feet during the race and that's all I wanted. And they look fancy 😎
