Life-changing but not in the way I expected. Also be prepared to wait.
Bottom line is these haven't really helped my Seasonal Affective Disorder or my sleep in any noticeable way, but they've dramatically reduced migraines and that alone has changed my life. Be careful which posting you order from. The first set (black) arrived in a reasonable timeframe, but then I ordered a second pair (white) and it's taking MONTHS - wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not.I took on a chance on these glasses in hopes of replacing my "Happy Lite" with a gentler and portable version in the form of glasses I can wear through my morning routine. It's hard to be tethered to a ridiculously bright light lamp for a half-hour in the morning, so I'd sometimes skip light therapy in the interest of time. These glasses seemed like a great alternative and they are exactly as convenient as I hoped. I look forward to wearing them when I get up and the light is soothing, not as jarring. It's a much nicer way to perk up as I go through my morning routine on dark winter mornings. I didn't really understand why green light instead of bright white light, but I decided to trust the research behind this. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to help much with my SAD; I'm still using my "Happy Lite" lamp occasionally to get me through this winter. Maybe the green light glasses are helping but I can't tell because it's been a harder, bleaker winter than usual. Maybe my SAD would've turned into a full-blown depression without the green glasses. I just don't know.As far as sleep cycles and circadian rhythms, I've found that how I eat makes the most difference in that department. I have a lot of food sensitivities. Sometimes I'm drowsy at bedtime and fall asleep easily if I've been careful what I eat that day, and other times I'm wired and agitated if I've been careless. Sometimes I wake easily before my alarm and other times I hit the snooze button repeatedly. I can't tell the green glasses are making any difference but again, maybe they are helping and I just don't know what it would have been like without them. I can say that I actually look forward to wearing these glasses when I get out of bed.Where these glasses have absolutely changed my life and been worth their weight in gold is the number of migraine headaches I get has dropped DRAMATICALLY. Migraines are new for me; I only got my first one a few years ago, so I haven't actually been able to figure out the triggers - certain foods, certain lights, stress level, etc... I'm just not sure what brings them on. But they were getting worse and more frequent, to the point I was coming down with a headache every afternoon at work. The last couple hours of my workday were an epic battle against nausea and light/sound sensitivity, to then somehow drive myself home and struggle to care for my pets... every single day. It was ruining my life. Then I got these glasses for SAD, and I've only had 1 migraine in a month since then (and that one passed quickly; I was fine a few hours later). From daily to virtually none! I didn't expect this result, so I feel compelled to share my experience with others who might suffer with frequent migraines. I don't understand the science behind it; I don't know why wearing these glasses for 30 minutes every morning virtually eliminated migraines for me but they did.I ordered a second pair as soon as I realized what a huge difference they make for headaches, so I would never miss a day of green light if something goes wrong with the original pair. I'll keep a pair in my travel bag so I'll never accidentally leave home without them.As mentioned above, the second order is taking months to arrive. It's fine because my first set it still working fine, but want to bring this to other people's attention in case they're desperate for relief. If someone is considering these for sleep problems or Seasonal Affective Disorder (or even headache relief like me), then months is too long to wait. I don't understand what the delay is. All I know is I ordered a black pair in December and got them in about a week, then I ordered a white pair in January and the delivery date is scheduled for March.I hope this review helps someone.

Not perfect, but really helpful
I've waited several weeks to get a good feel about these glasses, and write a full review. I have had insomnia for about 40 years continuously. I control it, but not perfectly, through sleep hygiene. My insomnia is characterized by being unable to stay asleep; I fall asleep (usually) easily, but will awaken anywhere from 2-4 hours later, and then remain awake until dawn. I get up, read, etc., but I still don't get good sleep. I took a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy course on line called Shuti a few years ago that I found gave me some excellent tools to help with my problem, but it was still not 100%. I averaged taking sleeping meds once/week, even if I'm doing everything right. So I am always on the lookout for some new technology, suggestion, program, etc. I saw these on line, and waited until the folding ones were available - I thought I'd definitely break them if I got something I couldn't put away easily. So I have been using these for about six weeks now, and I literally don't leave home without them. Although I still need to take an occasional sleeping pill, the sleep I do enjoy now is deeper, more restful, and more consistent than I have had in many years. When I don't get a full night's sleep, I have usually screwed up my hygiene, been on the computer too late at night, or something is worrying me. So, it is more than just helping to fall asleep - because that's not my issue. It is obtaining deep and restful sleep 9 nights out of 10.I bought a little glasses holder for them on my night stand so I always put them away. They charge quickly and easily, and hold the charge for more than on week. Two Cons: I wish there were some sort of a headband so I could move around, make the bed, ect. while I wear them in the morning. They don't fall off, but you really can't be moving around much, especially you can't be looking down, or they'll slide off your face. Secondly, I wish there were a travel case for them. I travel some, and I pack them in the box they came in to guard against breakage, but it is fairly bulky; a hard shell case would be easier to use.P.S. (added 8/3/19) Still really happy with this. Last night the party across the street got pretty noisy an woke me up. I went back to sleep! Amazing!!! I wanted to say that until more functionality is added, the App is nearly useless. I could use it to see if the unit needs charging, but I find it easier to just plug it in on Sunday night.PPS added 12/14/2019. Experience just gets better and better!Addition 1/11/2020 - LISTEN UP! After 40 years of insomnia, I have begun to sleep through the night. Not every night, but regularly. If I wake up, I fall back asleep 95% of the time. This is an amazing product! The next time I see my doctor, insomnia won't be on the problem list. My advice: adhere rigorously to a schedule of use, and clean up your sleep hygiene habits. Kicking insomnia makes every morning fantastic!

Very cool glasses, but not very effective for me
I've tried Pegasi 2 for three weeks now. I was looking for something to help me wake up in the morning (and stop snoozing my alarms for hours on end) and get me through the post-lunch energy slump. After seeing it recommended on Youtube, I noticed a lot of hype; it seemed so popular after its release, after its initial cost during the Kickstarter campaign was just $79 with a $149 MSVP!Pros:Nice glasses which fit comfortably on my small head.Looks cool when I'm brushing my teeth, and it doesn't fall off while I do yoga.It even fits over my glasses (somewhat clumsily) as I check emails for the remainder of the 30 min.Cons:Wore it every weekday for three weeks, for the recommended 30 min, right after I get up. Does not seem to be effective as I expected -- seems to be a placebo effect.I also bought a white light therapy box (Gladle Portable Light Therapy Lamp Box, $30), and it seems more convenient and effective in the mornings.Haven't seen a noticeable effect in afternoon energy, from the recommended 10 min (especially vs. caffeine+l-theanine pill)

Helpful
I’ve been using this for two night to help me stay awake at work. It has been a tremendous help. The app works well and easily to adjust the settings. I with the case that it came with was a touch bigger, it doesn’t quite fit the glasses, I have to force it a bit.
