This is a cult movie....with contribution by Roald Dahl.This movie reportedly grossed more than $111million in the box Office and was very very popular in India.Sean Connery was at the height of his fame and the screen sizzled with Akiko Wakabayashi and Mie Hama.The extraordinarily beautiful title song remains the best and most loved title song in the James Bond movie history and the masterpiece by Nancy Sinatra has a fan following of its own.I purchased this Bluray, four years back and I have invited my friends(on many occasions) and relatives to enjoy this gorgeous movie in true High definition.I have this movie in all possible formats, including Laser Disc which refused to play( probably it was angry about living only twice.However the present Bluray disc has lived more than twenty five times, if we consider each playing a new life.Only Bluray format can do justice to this visual spectacle where Sean Connery tries to taste the delights of the Orient and destroy the nefarious Blofeld who wants to initiate a global crisis by hijacking astronauts from space.This movie is timeless...it is as fresh as a movie released today.1967 became memorable for this movie alone and the theatrical release of the movie actually coincided with the famous Nathu-La and Cho-La military confrontation between India and China where more than 700 PRC soldiers were killed by valiant Indians in the heights of Sikkim.It was indeed a visual spectacle.ENJOY THE MOVIE ON BLURAYHAPPY VIEWING
