Very well made and strong product. Tough construction and stands up to the elements. I know because I had a set from 3 yrs ago but truck was totaled.

Bolted these to my carry on 5x8 trailer and it looks great and works great as well. No issues at all.

So I bought these 6 months ago. They never retracted automatically. I assumed with the price point they didn't. So upon looking for new ones they came up and when I reread the description I was shocked to see they were supposed too. It had been way to long to return to amazon so I emailed the company not really expecting anything to happen and understandably so for the length of time. I emailed at 10pm on a Tuesday. When I woke up Wednesday morning at 8am I had received a reply back stating they had 2 new ones on the way. Thursday when I got home they were on my doorstep. The straps were already the perfect size and price and now that they retract automatically they are a 5 star way to keep my lil boat secure to my trailer. Customer service like that is far and few between and for me is worth the 5 star rating along with a great product. I understand defects happen and this company goes above and beyond to fix them so I highly recommend them

I've bought 2 pairs of the 1' x 6' Zinc units. I bought them in 2019 and am writing this I'm early 2022. I use them on my ladder rack mainly securing ladders and lumber. Overall the straps have held up well. I have had one fail about 5 months ago after about 2 yrs of use. The strap stopped retracting. I opened it up to see if it had failed are come out of alignment. Unfortunately it failed, the spring broke. I have not yet replaced it but likely will. I am looking at other styles that may be more robust but the auto retract feature is so handy when you use your straps multiple times per day that if I have to replace them every 2 or 3 yrs that it's probably worth it.

Good price and works as advertised

I bought these to add to my wheel chair lift that is on the back of my car. I was using regular ratchet straps that I bought at a local big box store. They were a pain to use because I could not snug the strap down enough. Than I would have to tie the excess of the strap so it would not flap in the wind. The strapping started to shred in a few weeks. With these they automatically take up the slack making it easier to tighten the so there is nothing flapping as you drive. They also are more secured and heavier duty than the regular ratchet straps. They were easy to install I was able to do it myself from my wheel chair.

I first discovered these ratchet straps through a fellow driver at work and knew I had to get some for my wife. She loves them! They make securing the kayaks so much easier for her—she can simply throw the strap over, latch it, and the kayak is locked down effortlessly. From my own experience, these straps have been a lifesaver. I had to compress my air shocks, and the only way to keep them secure was by using these ratchet straps. Their unique push-release feature saved me from a potential disaster; without it, I would have been forced to cut through other inferior straps, jeopardizing my entire setup. Honestly, these ratchet straps are the best on the market, hands down!

These are absolutely terrible. They were delivered on 4/18/2026, I installed them and now on 5/6/2026, they have stopped retracting. They seem as if the clock spring or whatever retracts them has failed in BOTH STRAPS. I'm very unhappy with this purchase, I would return them but at 30 dollars purchase price, I'll just call it a loss. Don't waste your money.

After a few months of use the auto retract system stops working when pressing the button. Unfortunately didn't have a good experience myself

Excelente producto, en verdad era lo que esperaba. Al permanecer fijos te permiten maniobrarlos solo cuando los necesitas, no se pierden, ni se maltratan, tampoco estorban, ni se ensucian con la carga al estar fijos, son muy útiles

Really good value

I was expecting a 1 inch wide strap. But the one I got with a 2 inch. It works very well. Save me a lot of time. The non-auto retractable ones were quite a nuisance when you have to untangle the whole thing to make it work. This saves me a lot of time and energy, and it stays untangled all the time. great product.
